The staff is without exception welcoming, attentive and kind. Spacious and free parking. The hotel is just across the street from the boat lines leaving for the islands.

Amazing view from our large lakeside room and probably the most perfect location at the edge of Stresa center. The hotel was close by the attracrions and restaurants, but still nice and quiet. The staff was just great - so friendly and helpful. Not the largest hotel, but it cozy and charming. The Italian brekfast was plenty enough for us - fresh, tasty and good value. We will come back.

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on. Beautiful combination of mountains, palm trees, lake and fantastic Italian cuisine!! Fantastic for apero, as well.

the location was excellent. close to main shopping and the lake The breakfast was nice but it could of had a little more variety The daughter of the owner, who helped with check in and check out was amazing. went way above what was expected. Even allowing me to use her phone to call outside of Italy to help with an enquiry I needed to sort out re our vacation.

The day before, they ask you to fill out a menu indicating what you would like for breakfast. Most of the items are free/included and everything we had was delicious!!!
