A fantastic place! The houseboats are amazing, either on the river, or in the garden...Spacious, well equipped, clean. You can't beat a glass of prosecco on the terrace at sunset... Within the resort there is a pool area, sports facilities and a riverboat with a restaurant and a sundeck. They have bicycles for rent, and even deliver breakfast to your room. I can only recommend this place. We had a really great time.

5 star service, exquisitely designed top notch property in an excellent location.We didn't eat there as it was a short stop over, but it seems like that was our loss. There is literally nothing to complain about! Everything was excellent! Breakfast at this hotel is absolutely overwhelming. Thanks the team at the restaurant we felt very comfortable and familiar. Many thanks to Ana-Maria, Ivan, Cristina/Christina and Samuele who made our staying absolutely unforgettable in any way starting with welcoming and finishing with saying “ Goodbye !”on our last day. We felt being welcome there the entire time. The entire service at the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful! My bike could be fixed inner few minutes thanks Luigi( I hope the name of the very friendly man is correct). Many thanks to the security man who helped us with the emergency service for my mother at night. The cleaning staff is very accurate and incredibly friendly. All in all it was an unforgettable staying at this hotel. It was our first time there but for sure not the last one! PS There are plenty of restaurants to drop into and enjoy a nice dinner. Für deutschsprachige Gäste: es gibt buchstäblich nichts und gar nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn jemand hier nach etwas suchen will, dann soll er lieber zu Hause bleiben.

I loved everything. It is beautiful, it is big, the rooms are quite big. The breakfast was so amazing, you had like all, sweet sour , you were able to choose whatever, the variety is great and also I loved that there were things also for people that had gluten intolerance or lactose intolerant. It was for everyone. The pool is great, the fact that it has a bar. There are many facilities although we didn't use all of them . But I can say that it is a place with many facilities. It is a great place for families, it has a park for children. For us, it was a nice experience and we would definitely would like to come back.

The hotel is in an excellent location, upon exiting you are immediately on the main promenade. Extremely nice and tasty meals, so you have to book at least half board, because you won't find better and tastier meals in the city! 🤤 The menu dinner was always delicious, thanks to the kitchen and service staff. Good location for beach and there's a free bike rental. The rooms have a fridge and a great work area with a comfortable chair if you may need to work. The friendliness of the restaurant manager and the janitor are to be commended, as they contribute to the positive atmosphere in the hotel! 😁

They were correct in every way. We arrived earlier than I planned, but this did not cause them any problems, we got the apartment right away. The apartment was completely renovated, everything was in perfect condition, spacious, comfortable, well equipped. The interactive programs are very good for small children, the playground and the pool are also very enjoyable. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, as is the town. I highly recommend it for those with children, but it is also completely suitable without children. The whole area is cultured.

Great pool for children, warm water, open from 9:30 to 19:00. The pool is very clean, after closing it is cleaned by a robot. Many sunbeds with umbrellas, there is shade. The room has a well-equipped kitchen, a lot of dishes. Very comfortable bed and pillows, large towels. There are containers for waste sorting on the territory. Incredibly delicious pizza in the restaurant, we ordered a vegetarian one.

Everything was great! Absolutely amazing place for a holiday with family and children. A private huge beach, large territory, despite this, it is a maximum of five minutes to the sea, a beautiful terrace near the house where you can eat food taken from the buffet. by the way, the food is also very tasty! We booked a camping spot for our tent and we could choose the spot in the booked area ourselves! The spots were spacious with a lot of shade and the restrooms and showers were extremely clean! There is a little train that brings you down to the beach but you can also easily walk there. It's a nice walk down the cliffs through a forest.

Trieste is a must if you have a sense of history, culture, cuisine, and open to the special atmosphere of the city. A very special mix of Italian culture, Austro-Hungarian past, Slovenian influence, and he Northern Mediterranean. But if you are not interested in these, you'll probably find it a pleasant but not very exciting city.

A beautiful city with a compact old town.

A beautiful city with a compact old town. There is quite a lot to see and the town feels safe throughout the day and nights, too. I really liked the vast selection of cafés, restaurants, and bars. The people are polite. We had a car for hire during our stay. I must say it is easy to drive here, and it also allows visiting other nearby locations very easily.

Grado is such an amazing location with its historical center, cathedral and breathtaking landscape; also the surroundings are absolutely wonderful: Gorizia is such a lovely city to visit and, if you have got the chance, go for her Transalpina Railways in the heart of Slovenia :)

Lignano has all you need for a comfy vacation. Lovely beaches, a lot of nature, great shopping, excellent choice of restaurants and food establishments. Be aware that at the end of September many places in Lignano Pineta start to close so you need to travel to other parts of Lignano for shopping / eating out but parking is easy so not a big deal. I enjoyed walking around the town with very little auto and human traffic around :).

Gorizia is an undiscovered gem in Italy, main boulevard has wide, tree-lined sidewalks, many cafes and plazas, a fascinating castle and so many churches to check out. Food has been fantastic, people are helpful and friendly. The town is just the right size, not too big/not too small.

I was there for the film festival, which I really enjoyed. Pordenone is pleasant town with a compact centre. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars, though probably not enough sightseeing for more than a day.

The position of Monfalcone is just perfect - beaches, Miramare castle and Trieste and Udine are just a stone’s throw away. The city is nice, with a beautiful historical buildings and monuments, but the atmosphere there is just not so friendly.

A very nice historical town!

A very nice historical town! You can just hang out by the bridge, watch the river and mountains or you can explore the small streets on your own. There are many nice places to have a glass of wine or to buy some local pastries. You may also see that the center is full of locals who like to go out and the atmosphere in Cividale is really friendly!

Our trip was in summer.

Our trip was in summer. As a town/area Tarvisio wasn't as quite as nice (in summer) as other places we stayed out in nearby Slovenia, but it was fine. I imagine the location would be perfect for ski-season.

Amazing little town full of character, history to see and...

Amazing little town full of character, history to see and good food! Nestled in the mountain range this town is a hub close to many other amazing small towns in the area. Known for their amazing prosciutto and Fruilano wine, this is a sure spot to visit for an easy stay. Bagatto prosciutto offered a great little tour, answering many questions, and had an amazing sampling of meat following. The tiramisu was also great! The person in the info/tourist office was very helpful and gave us lots of different sites to see. All were free to visit (church, old house, etc). Unfortunately not everything was open. Easy to park the car and walk around for the day! We happened upon a bike race that filled the town with energy and bikers looping through the main streets and hills.
