We enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful and always available! Additionally they allowed us to check in early and also leave our stuff at the hotel while we were going around the city on the last day! Hot tub was also amazing! And there was free coffee/tea at all times at the reception area. Additionally the hotel is kocated pretty central so everything is in a walkable distance!

I really loved this place. After a couple of weeks of “varied” accomodations around Iceland, getting into a nice, comfortable room was simply a delight.

Fantastic location and very comfortable. Check in was super easy and we particularly like that tea, coffee, milk and juice were provided as basic. This was super handy in the morning and cost saving also. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent location. 1 min walk to downtown. Located near a beautiful lake that one can walk around. The front desk were really helpful and gave us the right advice on tours and restaurants.

Breakfast was organised into perfection. Staffing gentle, polite, friendly. Hotel Bar and Restaurant. Delicious choice of small dishes. Great service even prepared to have the hands burned on hot dishes to keep guests satisfied. Very kind and friendly. Room cleaning personnel, so kind and attentive with a focus on the convenience of the guest; superb. Receptionist desk; All of them, helpfull, professional, available and polite.

The room is very cosy and chic, very warm, clean, modern and with just enough space. Location is pretty good, around 20 mins walk from the center or from BSI bus terminal. It is even included as a pickup location for some tours and is also close to some supermarkets and restaurants. Customer service was very nice and very responsive with any questions I had. I highly recommend checking it out :)
