The rooms are very comfortable and towels and soap are provided, there's a common room that you can go at anytime to have a drink, eat your food or just chill on a loungey atmosphere. The staff is really friendly and will be happy to advice you on what to see and how to get around the city.
I completely discovered the chain City hub at Reykjavik and think there should more places with the same concept around the world.
Really I have nothing negative to say: it is calm, the system is clever and everything is thought for you to enjoy your stay!

The suite itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. Immaculately clean, elegantly designed, and generously spacious, it provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities truly elevated the experience.
But what truly made my stay memorable was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Their genuine welcoming nature made me feel at home in this foreign land. They were always ready to offer suggestions, answer questions, and provide that extra touch of Icelandic hospitality.

FranceEverything is automated, but honestly, it’s all super clear. A few hours before arrival, you get an amazing video tour of the hotel that explains everything (codes, entrance, etc.), so there’s zero stress! it’s all perfectly easy to understand! And if you ever have any questions, you can reach them by phone all day, plus they reply super fast by email too! The customer service is just incredible!
The location is great, bus stops for tours are nearby, which makes things really convenient, and there’s a supermarket less than 5 minutes away on foot (Bonus)! The room was huge, with so much space! The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely, and of course, they do an amazing job, the room was spotless!
Honestly, I loved my stay, and on top of everything, it wasn’t even expensive. I’d come back without hesitation! ❤️

The views of the lake, the tranquility, the luxury (Superior double room) + the quality-price, in the breakfast there was a bottle of Prosecco! I didn’t drink (too early) but was just cool to see it.
The staff were polite and casual, didn’t make you feel out of place they were proper.
The toilet had really nice fragrance and variety of toiletries: shower soap, conditioner, soap, hand soap, body lotion, also hair drier and hair straightener too, was WOW so complete but minimalist too, I love it

This property is amazing!! Very comfortable, warm and romantic. We paid additional for the romantic package on arrival and this really completed the stay. The facilities are very good with a kettle, microwave, oven available in the kitchen. The toilets/showers are clean and easily accessible. The hot tub was just lovely sitting out at night watching the stars. If you want something special for your trip I would stay here.

Everything was perfect,the breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. Andreas at the reception was incredibly friendly. He told us about the country, helped us plan our excursions, and assisted with our airport transfer. His hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. Highly recommended!

Hafnarfjorthur was between Keflavic and Reykjavik making it quite handy and more affordable to stay at. We rented a car to tour the Golden Circle, enjoy the Blue Lagoon, and sightsee in Reykjavik and felt that was a good choice. We didn't sightsee in Hafnarfjorthur.

Great location if you are looking for accommodation as part of planning to do the Golden Circle. Circa 40-45 minute drive to Thinvellir. Grocery store nearby (sells good quality sushi) however only a few eating out options.

ive already answered these questions twice. we paid for a superior room and got one. Neighborhood is out of the way but has great views and animals and is near the road to Costco. we spent 2 weeks driving the entire island and enjoyed it. This place has a theme tastefully done and modern amenities.The Viking Hotel restaurant where you check -in has a nice themed restaurant good food and service.

This is one of ,,those,, accommodations where you want to spend the night after a week full of traveling. It is clear that the owner has a sense of detail and quality. You can feel the quality on the materials and furnishings, the equipment of the entire apartment and the services that are here. Everything is still new, clean. Situated in a quiet location. We slept very well! Parking in front of the entrance, Accessibility anywhere is perfect. Since it is new here, the accommodation does not have any review and even though I usually do not write reviews, I think this one deserves one. For the price, it is exclusive accommodation and we will definitely come back here.

Perfect for those who like a mix of town and country - there was something to do for everyone! The scenery is exquisite with waterfalls, volcanos, craters, mountains, black sand beaches, seals and bird-life and in town a great mix of shopping, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s easy to get around with a car. Recommend ‘Icelandic Street Food’ for traditional food and ‘Sandholt’ for hot chocolate and pastries ‘Loo Koo Mas’ for the most amazing mini donuts and ‘Mama Rykjavik’ for excellent vegan food.

We are use to very large rooms with kitchens in our hotel room. While we vacationed in Iceland we stayed at VRBO’s but we saw this unique hotel and had to stay here and experience it!
Loved walking around the hotel and the use of hot tub and sauna !!!

Hlid Fisherman's Village had lots of "viking" character with some very interesting maritime realia, close proximity to Icelandic horses, heritage chickens, a koi pond, cedar sauna and two rooftop hot tubs. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the view was to the sea.
