There are many things which I like about the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is very scenic, reminding me of Austria and Switzerland. Their services are speedy and the staff are generous and helpful. We arrived quite late at midnight and forgot to bring baby milk but on request to the staff, they arranged it even though the restaurant was closed. The best part I liked about the hotel was the food. We stayed for 5 days and on each day they had something new on the breakfast menu. The food was overall very delicious. The swimming pools are well maintained. You will definitely enjoy the view from the infinity pool. And with the family and baby, we also had a great time in the indoor activity area. The location is also very good, quite close to the main attractions.

Beautiful resort. Attentive, friendly, and professional staff. The room was outstanding with incredible views (see picture). The bed was comfortable. Trips to the tea plantations were organised by the resort, as were transfers. We also had some great treatments. The food was really good. We thoroughly recommended the SpiceTree Rajakumari.

    First, I’d like to share something I truly believe in, based on 30 years of travel experience: nothing is ever perfect, no matter the name of the hotel or the country. There are always those who focus on the negatives and overlook the beauty. So, just be yourself, stay humble, and learn to love everything around you. The resort is very beautiful, and the view is stunning — it reminds me of the classic Windows interfaces. It's one of the most beautiful views I've ever experienced. Just order your coffee and enjoy the scenery from the room's balcony. I also can't forget the restaurant — it served the most delicious food I had during my entire trip to India, and the prices were very reasonable. Most importantly, there's a person named Sanal at the restaurant — put your trust in him when choosing your meal. He is polite, helpful, and dedicated to his job.     We absolutely loved staying at Chandys for our first visit to Munnar, it's a beautiful resort in a perfect location, grand and stylish however blended with absolute beauty of nature. We had amazing service the whole time from check-in till check-out and the staff here are so accommodating and lovely. Room was nice & neat, and the food was delicious.     Munnar is a nature lovers delight. Everywhere your eyes go there is immense beauty. Also the place is well kept and neat. We felt 2 days was a bit tight for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the place, the good food and the amazing nature!

    Easy to get around by tuk tuk.

    Easy to get around by tuk tuk. Much less busy than neighbouring Munnar, so there was much less going on which we wanted for the jungle. Are some of the best food of my life in Prakrithi restaurant.

    The homestay is surrounded by lush greenery, and in the morning, you can hear birds chirping. Taking a fresh bath in the natural small waterfall near the property was wonderful. The rooms were neat, and the toilets were big and clean. The host was excellent and very helpful. He assisted us in planning our itinerary and suggested good drivers (auto/taxi) for sightseeing. The breakfast served was typical Kerala style, very tasty and mouthwatering. I definitely recommend everyone to try this homestay.

    Definitely would recommend visit to Munnar especially for the following three attractions 1. Kannan Devan Tea factory visit 2. Pottas farm Fish spa and ecstasy ride 3. Punarjani Kalaripayattu and Kathakali show (4:30 pm onwards)

    We experienced cold and rainy weather most of the time. Hiking is beautiful but leeches are a BIG problem in the rainy season. Tea plantation s are everywhere and a re gorgeous but i didn't love the tea itself. All in all its a good location for nature and serenity lovers.

    the resort is located from munnar around 14 km , the resorts is located at Gap Road where there is always misty clouds , which make you feel like you are in the clouds , its always a good climatic condition feels like in Kashmir, the Restaurant food is so tasty and the staff is good , the restaurant has a natural enviroment feelings, The room has a good view from bedroom toards the hills which is covered with clouds , the best place to stay with family and kids enjoy the nature of the forest, Tea plantation , waterfalls , the resorts has equpied with playing for kids and teenagers, overall the resorts is good for all person who wants to enjoy the Hills view

    Although reaching the resort was not particularly exciting , we quite liked the place once we got there. There are not enough signboards to take us to the resort from the main road. Fortunately we got the caretaker of the resort on the phone who gave us directions. If by any chance his phone was unavailable that would have meant the end of our holiday !! It is a clean place with reasonable facilities. Staff were more than ready to help us even though some of them looked a bit glum. Food was mediocre, a bit too spicy though. Would have been good if cloth slippers were provided considering that the floors were cold. Also a shame that there was no Wifi. Despite this I may decide on going there again as our family of 6 + 2 kids had a great time. There's a stream within the property which was really nice. Wish there was no litter lying around ( I know it is difficult as the property is huge). Don't miss the trek through the cardamom plantations !!
