We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it exceeded our expectations. It is a brand new hotel, less than 2 months old so the facilities are in great condition. The most impressive feature was the hospitality of the entire staff, from reception to restaurant and also the cleaning staff. Especially Mr Raman (the head chef) and Diwakar in the restaurant were very helpful. Mr Mukesh Choudhary, one of the owners as well talked to us and was very hospitable. We stayed for total of 4 nights and will happily return again.

Rooms were spacious and clean. It seemed like a new property and was maintained really well. Exactly as shown is pictures, in fact it exceeded our expectations. Our stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The property is very beautiful, and overall the staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff, however, sometimes did not behave in a fully professional way and showed a lack of hygiene—for example, handling the omelet garnishes with their hands before placing them on the plate. Fortunately, with the supervision and guidance of the managers, these issues were corrected. Ms. Prity was exceptionally kind, patient, and supportive, and she acted with great professionalism. My wife is personally very thankful to her. The hotel offered a variety of programs and entertainment, which we truly enjoyed. They even helped me organize a surprise dinner for our wedding anniversary, making it a very special experience for us. The only real issue we had was with the massage and spa. We had booked a couple’s foot massage, but there was no washing beforehand, and we were simply asked to lie down as we were. No change of clothing was provided either, which felt unprofessional and disappointing. Also, from a five-star hotel, one would at least expect several varieties of Indian bread to be available, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, our experience at this hotel was excellent, and I would rate it 9 out of 10.

The breakfast was excellent and beyong expectations. There were a large number of dishes and variety on different days. It exceeded expectations by a large margin. The staff were curteous and they even have live kitchen dishes serving popular dishes like Dosa, Paratha etc.

I love that place.

I love that place. I must say people should visit and must try civil line chole bhature, aravali hills and mamy more things about their interest and even they catch all the things in gurgaon they can go to Delhi and udaipur.

It’s a decent town , with good roads and metro available . Good connectivity to Delhi and NCR. Joins like Barbecue nation and Pind Baruch and many other are near Sarai metro station in reliance mall or crown enterior . One can also enjoy bowling with friends and team members

Firstly I reached at the hotel, they didn't allow me to check in because of non submission of covid negative report. I went Karnal for writing my one of the exams, I reached early in the morning to give some time for revision. But these people wasted my precious time. Owing to this fact I was not able to give time for revision.I waited for more than hour at their reception & requesting endlessly however they didn't want to listen anything. I urge them to allow me I am vaccinated with first dose of covaxin. Then I tried to call customers care of booking.com, I didn't get solution. Then I called customer care of Oyo. There was a lady on call, she was completely piling blame on me & didn't try to listen ro my problem and understand. I got disheartened when I saw the manager of Hotel Rama took booking of one of the walkins guests. He took Rs.1200 from him & asked to submit ID only. He didn't ask covid negative from him & the customer checked in the hotel. I asked him you allowed him without covid report & you are not allowing me without submitting. Then he replied I can also allow you If you pay 1000 rs. I was running out of time for exam and then I had to pay extra 1000 bucks & he took my booking and filled my details. I found this hotel management so hypocrites, when I paid extra 1000 rupees then allowed me without covid report. I have two questions! Firstly- Why there was a partiality wity me. Secondly- Who will compensate for the time when I had to do my revision for my exam. I had to wait for more than one hour.

Loved the proximity to Delhi and Gurgaon.

Loved the proximity to Delhi and Gurgaon. Loved the ability to enjoy nature and still be pampered by all the modern conveniences and amenities. This place is still unspoiled by commerce - so enjoy it before the whole world descends on this area and it is over run my commercial shops and concrete jungles.

The worst hotel in which I had stayed, they had mentioned 3 star but no facility. Geyser not working, no alternate arrangement of hot water. All rooms sealant was present. lizards were found in the room, hole was found un attended for outlet pipe. No MCB cover, you have to open you mobile torch to turn on the MCB. No water bottle, no envelop while giving the invoices. and many more... Recommended not to stay even for an hour.. Worst ..worst arrangement.

The city has a few spots that are visit worthy, but rest of it is just a huge village with very poorly designed infrastructure. The roads just flood with tiniest of rain spells and most of the locations would have you fear for your safety during night.
