Great room with all amenities, kitchenware and even some toys / games inside a box for you. Hotel staff was amazing, all smiling and helpful - a plus for Nathan and his canine shadow, the best management team ever! Also great music, beers on tap and location.

Lovely hotel, lovely room, large, comfy bed, view to the lovely gardens. Dinner in the restaurant and drink in the bar afterwards were great and staff friendly. Glad I chose to stop here for first night on our Causeway Coast driving holiday.

From the moment I walked through the doors of Belmore Court I felt at home. Greeted by the friendliest most accommodating host! The check in process was so quick and easy. The lady at the front desk was amazing! She had a map ready and circled a few sites that may interest us and the different restaurants and pubs in the area, the types of cuisines they served, what times they were busy and recommended making reservations for. We booked the triple room and the room size was amazing! So much space it was a luxury! Bathroom superb! Everything was thought of! Plenty of room to get changed in. So much bench space you could keep your fresh clothes dry while showering. Body wash, shampoo, shower cap and tissues all provided! (It’s these little things that make you feel at home like the delicious Nespresso machine in the room!). Lovely quiet room even though the accomodation is in such a central excellent location! And sooooo clean!! So so clean! The beds were perfect! So so comfortable!

When I stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Belfast, it was an incredible experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their genuine friendliness and attentiveness. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the luxurious touches you'd expect from a high-end hotel. Beautiful property situated on a lake - very picturesque. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Loved the sitting rooms with fires burning so deliciously warm. Provided a number of different venues and styles of dining, and food was beautifully presented. I am gluten free, and they went out of their way to provide GF options to menu items. wonderful breakfast beautifully presented, with a great variety of delicious foods

Fantastic location in Great Victoria street opposite the historic Crown Liquor saloon. Very comfortable stay on the 8th floor in an executive room. Stayed many times in Belfast previously but this was our first stay at the Europa. The hotel's atmosphere is one of serenity and opulence. Loved late night cocktails in the piano lounge which one of the staff shrewdly commented was our living room for our stay. Marvellous.

Easy to get around city on foot.

Easy to get around city on foot. The Christmas Markets are fabulous. The Lights all around the city Hall and streets are magical. People were so friendly and helpful when asking directions to the Bus Stop. Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the city as we had booked to go to the Eirkson Centre on Sunday in Lisburn. It was only a short drive away from the InnBelfast Hotel and easy to find with free parking. We had a very enjoyable short stay and most certainly will return.

Great independent shops and eating places. The Gourmet Grocer with its fabulous range of deli goods and the exceptional restaurant above were particular highlights. The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.

Such a special area. There is so much to see and do. Cutest little shops. Nature and Natural beauty is everywhere. You are practically tripping over the next inspiring view point. I was so happy the whole time we were there. Pubs, Beaches, Nature, People watching, We were there in the Autumn. It was easy to get parking. I can see that this area would be very popular. Loads of golf around. I am not into that but all the green adds to the beauty of the area.
