Reception very helpful. It was later in the day when we arrived so after a quick walk were able to have a very nice dinner and drinks in the Hibernian Bar accompanied later by an Irish band. Breakfast was excellent and everything we needed was supplied in our room. Right opposite the Palace and Design shop I came here to visit.

Only a 5 minute walk from train station. Hotel is on main street in town, but room was very quiet. Close to all the historic sights in town. Had tea room, restaurant, and bar (with live music). Staff was very helpful.

We were upgraded to a suite- it was stunning! Staff at family party were excellent particularly Brazilian lady- sorry I didn't get her name. Hotel wss really accommodating for family group. Porridge was lovely.

Everything absolutely everything was lovely so comfortable food was great and so comfortable!!! Will definitely be returning such a Christmas feeling so much hard work went in to making this property so amazing and special for Christmas thank you
