The hotel has a very warm, welcoming feel. The staff have big smiles. It is a quiet place to unwind in a fairly remote spot. Nice big rooms and beds, a lounge, a library, and other rooms to relax in. The food was excellent, too.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with wonderful food and amenities. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend the falconry (amazing experience!) and dinner in the Pullman restaurant, which was one of the best meals I've ever had. There was so much to do - we missed out on seeing a movie in the hotel cinema because we just didn't have time, and there were a range of activities we'd love to come back and try. Lovely resort in a lovely part of Ireland.

We were very fortunate to secure this booking and found the facilities to be first class and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for our needs and was quiet, secure and handy to the start of the Wild Atlantic Way. Good on-site parking. The breakfast and other small touches were very much appreciated. I spent three incredible days at Corrib Lodge with my wife, and as a fishing enthusiast, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The Lodge is located right on the lake, with private access, and the views are absolutely stunning , but what really makes the difference is the fishing. This place is run by an Italian owner who’s not only a great chef but also a passionate and knowledgeable guide. Every day we went out on the lake with him, fully equipped with top-notch gear, exploring hidden spots, landing great catches, and hearing fascinating stories about the lake’s history. We even stopped on remote islands and visited old castles along the way. They also organize deep-sea fishing trips for those who want to explore the ocean, a great option I’ll definitely try next time. The whole team is friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is relaxed but well-run. If you love fishing and want something truly special, Corrib Lodge is the place. I’ll be back for sure.

Excellent hotel - very comfortable bedroom with bunkbed for the children. The dining food was delicious and they catered for our food allergies. The spa area was very well run and relaxing. We loved the activities on offer in the adventure centre too. The price was excellent. There was a nice reading room too to relax in. It really is in the middle of nowhere so you get a sense of wilderness. It is still not too far from Westport or Kylemore abbey - 30 mins and an hour drive.

You have to check out the Latin district and market square. We ate at dough bros and our pizza was delicious! If you have kids(or are just fun and whimsical yourself) they have some carnival rides in the square. We rode the ferris wheel and the merry go round and it was a lot of fun.

This is just the loveliest place to visit and stay a while. The tourist office will guide you to great things to do! Guys on the Main Street is a good choice for eating. There are many restaurants to choice from. It’s easy to walk around the town and window shop. And if you can visit whilst the arts festival is on, that’s even better! You’ll want to return…

The overall village look was lovely....but some of the pub standards were very poor and run down....I know this can add to a traditional feel but the Guinness in the pub was poor, as this is a tourist area, this needs to be much improved and the pub we ate in the service was good but overpriced completely....I thought Kinvara would have been better and I would certainly visit but would not need to stay for very long....I was expecting better but I appreciate everyone is trying to make a living and the season is almost over....
