This accommodation was our first stop on our big trip to Bali, and it started our holiday perfectly. The staff were polite, always smiling, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was comfortable, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we stepped in, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, offering exactly what we needed to start our day full of energy. Although we didn’t get a chance to swim in the pool, our experience was entirely positive and left us with only good impressions. The location of the accommodation is great, very close to the temple and the market, allowing you to explore the area on foot. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and looking for a welcoming place to stay.

Our room at Soko' Stay was beautiful and stylish, with a large TV and thoughtful design. The hotel is located in a peaceful area with stunning views of rice fields. The villa is wonderful. We didn't even dream that it would be so great. There is an atmosphere inside that you won't find anywhere else! We are sure that You won't want to leave this place!!! The people working there are like family, wonderful, helpful and understanding🙏❤️ One time the owner who have the pitu villa he invite us to get the dinner in his house, he showed us around and told us interesting facts about this place and then brought us dinner. The place is free we just pay for food😉 You can also rent a scooter and go to the monkey forest and the waterfalls that are very close, and on the way there is warung with the best sate we ate in Bali. We highly recommend this place🥰👌👌👌

absolutely everything! this is the best place in Bali! it is away from al the crowds and buys areas very intimate and it allows you to relax and enjoy the real Bali vibe. The stuff is extremely friendly and Diana who is the manager is more like your friend making you feel very welcomed. We could not be happier with the choice of accommodation for our second week in Bali. We read some previous reviews from other guest that the place is too far and not much around but who cares- if you need a place where you are surrounded by nature, close to the beautiful beach and you can relax and enjoy peace and quiet this is the best place you can find. Food in their restaurant is absolutely delicious and it was so nice of them that they catered specially the menus for us as vegans :) the best holiday destination!

    Most perfect stay of my entire trip. Located 1,000+ metres above sea and also a distance away from the main town area so it’s always cool, quiet and peaceful. buggy service is also available upon request and is exclusive for guests which makes you feel special. the resort sits a 5-8mins drive from Handara Gates - perfect photo spot. the place was so serene and calming. loved it. OH YES the food is great too, especially the buffet breakfast - the spread was unbelievable - nobody will walk away dissatisfied with breakfast.

    Our stay in Bedugul was a tranquil beginning to our stay in Bali. We loved the variety of scenery and activities. Although drivers were needed to access most of the activities most of these were not far from the hotel. Interactions with drivers and staff felt authentic. Loved that we could go for walks around GiriwoodHotel too. The lower temperatures in this region were very welcomed too.

    We stayed at Villa Taman di Blayu for 5 nights, for us it was a retreat to sit and chill. For this it was perfect.....after travelling through some pretty hectic traffic to get there. From the Villa there was no traffic noise, it overlooks rice fields and has lovely grounds garden / pool / ponds that surround the restaurant. The streets surrounding were safe to walk around.

    We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

    This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money.

    This is basic accommodation, but reasonable value for money. It's immediately across the road from the terraces, and the walking track access. The owner is a nice guy, and does everything, reception, cleaning, cooking, etc. The breakfast was basic but tasty, and the Chicken Curry he cooked for me for lunch one of the best I've had in a while. He has a very friendly dog that followed me everywhere, and enjoyed a pat and tummy rub.

    Stayed in Sesandan Village- gorgeous rolling hills full of greenery and smiling faces. I ate primarily at Bali Red Roses (food cooked by Mr. Wayan's wife). I am an ultra runner so I walked almost everywhere with the occasional trip to Tabanan. The hiking, running, and walking are wonderful. Learn about dog packs and being the alpha though because you will need to learn to handle the chatty dogs.

    We loved the Joglo accommodation we stayed in. It was in perfect condition, very clean and spacious. Aircon worked well and surprisingly no issue with mozzies in the room. We were thankful to have toothpaste and toothbrush’s in the room for us, also body wash and shampoo. We brought along our little dog and am thankful for our experience there. For dinner we had meals delivered by a local Warung that was recommended by the hotel staff. The next morning we went to the local beach, it’s not one to swim at. More a place to get a few photos and move on. Not much to do around the area, just relax and unwind.

    Already did review but also they can send out laundry that can be done overnight for a reasonable price! Extremely helpful when on a long trip and packing light. Handara gate is not really worth paying and standing in line for. Go to Wanagiri for great photos. Banyu wana amertha falls is recommended. 3 waterfalls, no mafia guides harassing you, can take motorbike down to falls for cheap, not many people

    I can't generalize the whole area because it's really big. There are some nice views and, surely, there are many places to visit. But the transfers take too much time, bumpy roads, hilly, upside-down, left-to-right and so on. You have to have a lot of patience to go there.
