Very new and well maintained property, rooms and territory are kept very clean, lovely atmosphere. The towels and linens are soft and nicely aromatised. This hotel is located near the parking lot at the entrance of the scenic area. The room was possibly newly renovated, as it was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It formed a sharp contrast with the noisy parking lot outside. It only takes about five minutes to walk from here to the steps. I highly recommend this place to those who are hiking, as staying here allows you to enjoy the peaceful evenings and early mornings without crowds. The staff were all very warm and welcoming. The dinner they offer is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious—especially the fried rice, which is definitely worth trying. It was the best fried rice I had during my entire trip.

A wonderful hotel, with a good location (close to the port) and a good road, which is rare on Nusa Penida. Polite staff, beautiful and well-kept territory (even better than in the photo). This time we chose a budget option and wanted to save money, but were surprised that in the end we got a better room than when we rented accommodation 2-3 times more expensive in Bali. If I came to Nusa Penida again, I would definitely stay here, the price-quality ratio is the best in my entire travel experience. Definitely, I recommend

The staff were friendly, accommodating and kind. My room was clean, beautifully decorated, kitted with a fridge, a kettle, tea and coffee, a plug-in bug repellant, a safety deposit box and a mosquito net. The bathroom was clean, had a steady supply of hot water and spacious. The breakfast menu was limited, but everything was delicious. You are able to rent scooters on the property. In my case, I had never driven one before, so to look out for my safety, they offered to drive me around instead (for a fee) as the island is quite big. They also offer a laundry service.

We had a amazing stay at Semabu Hills hotel. Great/frendly staff, tasty food at restarant , huge room with pool access- everythink what we needed was there! To top it off, we met one of the hotel's dogs (black and white with a bit of a lame paw) , we fell in love immediately! She spendet most days playing in our room and she missed being scratched. Adorable doggy! Thanks for caring!

If you are looking for a nice beach, a place a bit far from main touristic street, but with perfect view with amazing bar/reastaurant nearby, with calm atmosphere and spa salon nearby- the Secret point huts is the best option. The bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. Consider a scooter 🛵 to go there from Lembongan main island, because the yellow bridge is not fit for the cars

The island is gorgeous, quiet compared to some areas of Bali, hardly any traffic. This hotel is so stylish and intimate, we loved the restaurant right on the beach and all the design elements. A pool near the beach is great, and also the pool by the spa was lovely and quiet, we had it to ourselves most days.

Nusa Penida is a wild island, there are stunning views and beaches. It is not easy to wonder around. Roads are bad and it is not the best if you are not an expert with the scouter, in that case you will need to use the local drivers. I suggest Crystal Bay, and Klingking Beach (for sure). If you got to do the snorkeling with the Manta Rays go early, later it is really crowded. Consider that it takes long time to go in the main point of interests.

Jungutbatu is not like the rest of the island which is quite traditional which we like. Jungutbatu has many international restaurants and upmarket boutique type shops. There are few places where you can get the opportunity to swim with manta rays. Everything costs little more than in Bali as everything has to be brought in from Bali, but still good value for money. D'Stars ferry was excellent.

The hotel is remote with one restaurant to provide all your meals there or in the room . No shops etc. You need a driver to take you to any temples etc. We couldn’t to any treking activity during our time as it was rainy. Nice to just chill. Lovely staff very helpful at reception and restaurant. Lovely views

Becoming worse every visit! Congested and too many dogs, not controlled (rebirth)! Actually east side quieter and becomes better going to eastward on coastal road! Many tourists never even reach/travel that far! Less traffic , more nature, more traditional, but changing every day!!

The most delightful accomodation. Local family run single room villas built in a quiet location with close mini mart in 5 minute walk. 20min taxi ride to Ubud for hustle and bustle of more western orientated restaurants markets etc.

What i loved about Nusa Penida- was the vibe of the island, peaceful, friendly, laid back, without the hype of Bali. We walked to a number of great restaurants and beach clubs which were divine. We hired a bike and experienced Goa Giri Putri Temple that was a wonderful experience. We Rode to Kelingking Beach- magnificent scenery - downside is the roads are really terrible, narrow and at times very rough, and the cars with tourists were travelling fast, with little consideration for bike riders so we pulled over a lot to allow them to pass for our own safety.

We explored the Royal Palace and grounds. Quite interesting history of both important battles but also process of producing food. We also bought excellent gifts at nearby clothing stores. Heard about other activities but didn't have longer than a couple of hours.
