One of the best hotels we stayed at during our 4 weeks Indonesia trip! We stayed at another hotel in Gili Air right before and we had no idea that there was such a nice oasis for the same room rate on the island, I wish we stayed here for longer! The location is superb, while the same time you can just relax and stay at the hotel facilities. There are 2 pools and plenty of different type of sunbeds, bean bags & loungers to choose from. We got our laundry done with the hotel for a very good price as well. The restaurant is excellent, whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner - the menu is simply fantastic! The entire vibe there was just great, super modern and comfortable. Our room was also very spacious, with nice interior and very clean.

Exceptional staff, hospitality & breakfast. Shout out to Mas, Wan & Antor for the hospitality. A great team of staff that felt like friends albeit for a short 3 night stay. Loved the pool which was really nice for relaxing and the room was beautiful, spacious & had everything we needed. Finally the breakfast was simply the heartiest, made from scratch with fresh & local ingredients. The smashed avo & granola bowl were memorable :) Thanks for taking care of us, from recommending places, to renting bikes, booking a snorkelling tour & taking us to the ferry port. While my room didn't offer an ocean view, the resort's proximity to the beach made it easy to enjoy the stunning seascape just steps away. The staff truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of their family. The reception team is simply amazing! They were always so helpful, smiling, and spreading good vibes every single day. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it really made my experience special. My room was comfortable, with daily cleaning. I loved returning to my cozy space after a day of exploring or enjoying the vibrant nightlife. The attention to detail and care for guests' comfort is truly commendable. If you’re looking for a place that combines a perfect location, in the middle of Gili T’s nightlife, wonderful staff, and comfortable accommodations, look no further than Pesona Beach Resort & Spa. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Gili Trawangan!

    The Pool in front of the Bungalows was amazing, clean and always nice to cool down. The Floating breakfast, which came through it, was simply delicious. The Staff fulfilled every wish we had. The romantic dinner the staff helped to organize and the big surprise dinner with fireworks, bottle shows and fire performance was simply amazing, and the surprise hit 100%. It was our Honeymoon timeout which we toke in that place, and we will for sure do it again. You can either walk 5 Minutes from the Harbor, or organize a private speedboat which brings you to the front of the hotel. The staff came to transport our backpacks so we always could enjoy all seconds of the stay. I highly recommend this place for couples or lonely travelers to make the beautiful experience from the Lagoon Resort and the Gili Air Islands.

    It was fantastic! The location is a bit further from the center but thats better for tranquility. Beautiful sunset view with mountain. Big clean swimming pool. Super nice staff super friendly and helpful (big thanks to staff member ecko). The room was super clean and smelled good. Everyday they clean and it is really one of the cleanest places I’ve been. The bathroom is outside. Great shower, nice hot water, cute little garder. The rooms is super spacious and the beds are amaziiiing. Airco in the room works perfect. Everything was just perfect. We got out own little villa/ bungalow. The paths and garden are well taken care off. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of choice, and cheese! We loved everything about it.

    I am still staying here, I'm on my last full day before I leave tomorrow. I can't explain how amazing Kaleidoscope villas are. first off the staff are AMAZING! so kind, professional and real nothing is too much. The villas themselves are just beautiful. I've spelt so well. it's quite, away from the noise but yet so close to everything. breakfast is served at a time of your choosing sim your balcony. The selection is amazing. Then they do a lovely complimentary touch..tea time between 4-6 You get either tea or coffee and a tasty treat. Your room is cleaned once a day and then your yowls ect are changed again in the evening. This place is just the best. Would recommend to a friend in a a heartbeat.

    The place itself is really nice, one of the nicest on the island. Everything is clean, the services are good. Staff is extremely kind and helpful to any concern or request you might have. They have free little details like pink peejays, pink flip flops, pink hair tiers, beach bag, mosquito repellent lotion, potable water, cookies before going to bed. The spa offers very good massage. Food is good but there are not many options to choose from. For scuba divers this is a good place to dive, the underwater world is amazing. Around 6 pm you can go on the beach to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink.

    Tapada staff was really nice and welcoming. The location is close from the beach and turtle snorkeling point. It's also not on a super busy street so mostly calm and cosy. The breakfast was nice and a second coffee was always proposed to us (so perfect for non morning people like me) My girlfriend also really appreciated it and stated that so far it was our best hotel in Indonesia (even not being super expensive the quality was better than other's expensive accommodations).

    Food was good but they only supply breakfast. Which is fine! We were happy to explore Gili Air and get food at the restaurants 5 minutes away. There were some days we ordered to the room and the hotel gets food from local restaurants. The plunge pool in the room is great and the garden we got to ourselves was HUGE! Great location and everything is less than 15 mins away by bike. Spa was good also!

    If you are over 35, or a couple, this island may not be for...

    If you are over 35, or a couple, this island may not be for you. Gili T is more for partying and Instagram people. The centre of the village is just crammed with horse carts, ebikes, bicycles and people. It is not really very relaxing to stroll around. Prices are higher than everywhere else (e.g. Bali or Gili A). At night it is just a mass of people drinking shots, and partying hard. EVERYONE is there to take pictures of themselves. So there are all these strange activities, like a sunrise paddleboard tour that lasts about 15 minutes (sole purpose is to take photos) or sunset horseback riding that takes 10-15 minutes (sole purpose is to take photos). No one hangs out and just vibes - it's all about the photos. I am also aware that Gili T is a muslim island and the swim suits that women were wearing were just indecent. I just wonder what the locals think about it. But the island itself, the diving, the snorkeling, the turtles are all great. The locals are fun and very cool. Honestly, there is nothing that can be done about the tourists... everyone is obsessed with photographing themselves these days and showing off their bare bottom.

    The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. But if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy the sea, Gili Meno is the perfect choice.

    The place is amazing, words can’t describe the feeling and vibe of this cityyy! Must go and stay for atleast 3/4 days. This island runs on horse carts and cycles! The party scene is lit! Scubaa- outstanding

    Beautiful island with some amazing beaches.

    Beautiful island with some amazing beaches. Turtle beach was our favourite. Renting bikes made getting around quicker but you are able to walk everywhere. Worth getting a nice cold drink everywhere you go. We loved the many cats on the island.

    A really beautiful island, so relaxing with lots of stunning beaches and a lovely laid back feel. Great snorkelling, lots of turtles & superb food & cocktails!! We also went to Gilli air but we much preferred Gilli menu, it’s pure paradise.

    Gili T has lots of potential, but at the moment it feels a bit overcrowded and overexplored. Things are a bit dirty and messy outside the beach clubs. Access inside the land is poor. Boat access is a bit chaotic.

    More of a family culture, not as crowded as Gili T. Excellent value for money and the service culture of the residents is amazing. Easy to hire bicycles and scooters (electric) - essential. So many little gems to be found. A 2nd hand book shop, lovely places to eat, Gili Coffee Roasters became a favourite. Scallywags on the beach couldn't do too much for us.

    It is an all natural experience!

    It is an all natural experience! Walking around the islands, bare foot in sandy roads, eat in restaurants in the sand, swim in crystal clear waters and with the company of the turtles! It was amazing! But as in overall Indonesia, the trash issue needs to be considered urgently!!
