Just a fanastic place to stay at. We stayed for 7 nights and had the best service with a very warm, friendly and personal service from the whole staff. Very convenient location with 10 minute walk to the famous Yoga Barn. I would also recommend you the restaurant at Sabana Ubud. We had several lunches and dinners and the food is very good and very, very affordable. You pay about twice the price in any other restaurant, but were the food is not as good. Last, value for money is exceptional. Will for sure stay here again.

Hotel staff treated us like their family member. My son was sick during his stay and the hotel staff drove us to the nearest hospital and stayed with us for two hours while we are being medically examined. Last day we were almost scammed by a local driver with unfair taxi rate and they quickly arranged their driver to pick us up from the waterfall and drive us to canggu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit ubud. It will be our second home in ubud.

The location, services, cleaning and food are amazing. One morning, we had to leave early in the morning to visit Ubud as much we can, we didn’t have time to have breakfast, we requested from a lovely lady im restaurant and sur prepared whole breakfast quickly as “to go” which esas a lifesaver bu considering we had to drive 3 hours 😂 Last day was my husband’s birthday and they prepared a cake in short notice. The pool and the view was also fasnicating. Highly recommended.

Very big, spacious rooms, nicely decorated, very beautiful with the stonework behind the bathtub. We really enjoyed that the room is across the koi ponds, so they're swimming right at your door, and they leave fish food in the room in case you'd like to feed them too! The breakfast is definitely a highlight - it is à la carte supplemented with some buffet items, and you're free to order multiple dishes. Everything was delicious, including a nice coffee (cappuccino, espresso, and not just the Balinese coffee). Non-dairy milk was also an option. The staff were friendly and promptly accommodating; for example, I didn't like the very tall pillows in the bed, and they were able to provide less tall ones, which I slept perfectly with. There's an hourly shuttle to Ubud center, which is very convenient. We could spontaneously just text the reception on WhatsApp when we wanted to return and they'd arrange for us to catch the next shuttle. The complimentary morning yoga on the beautiful rooftop space was a perfect way to start the day. We loved every aspect of our stay and would highly recommend this place.

First of all the staff: service at the Kayon was by far the best in all of our Bali trip, which is a lot to say since usually service in Bali is amazing. Windy our Buttler made us a couple of surprises when she found out we were celebrating our honeymoon and also she and Hendrick always helped us arrange everything we needed (reservations for dinner, activities, floating breakfast, scooter rental, etc etc). The main 3 infinity pools were amazing and everything we expected. Happy our from 11 to 3 was also great, since the cocktails were REALLY good! Our villa was super confortable, with an amazing infinity pool (stayed at the Valley Villas with private pool). Great Mie Goreng! All the staff was super nice. They helped you with the pictures with great patience..!!

One of the best resorts we have ever been to. Great service, very nice villa, lots of amenities, very diverse breakfast. We had a private butler Mei who was a golden man: he booked us additional services, remembered how much water we needed, and took care of the laundry. Simply full service. There are a lot of cool attractions on the premises, so I highly recommend it for families, especially with children.

It was one of the greatest stay of our trip. I was a bit worried about the noises from the valley or jungle as I am a light sleeper,but it turns out no problem at all. The jungle and overall setup of the resort made us feel very relaxed and we both slept very well in the three nights there. 30 years since I stayed in Ubud and it was unrecognisable - busy, crowded, endless traffic jams and dangerously pitted footpaths. Even so it was lively and interesting and the accomodation I chose even though close to the Centre managed to be tranquil and quiet.

It is remote location with not much accessibility to shopping, restaurants, and other activities. Recommended for people who prefer calm and quiet area and has vehicle for commutation. No spas available nearby, need to go to Ubud center.

It's a lovely area much quieter than Ubud but still lots of cafes etc. The Instagrammers taking selfies is a bit over the top...but they're everywhere. Great views of the rice terraces and beautiful waterfalls and temples in the area.

The beautiful areas of Sukawati require a car/driver. We went to the art market which was nice, but you could get this art anywhere in Bali for the same price. I hadn't been before and wouldn't stay here again, it's a bit 'commercial' and not tailored to tourists. The villas we stayed in were beautiful, quiet and off the main street, but there was nothing to do (other than get a driver).

Beautiful sea view, near to sanur, denpasar, and ubud, but beach has plastic and wooden trash. During rainy season, moths come out every where outside and inside villa. Kitchen is separate from the villa, overall, villa needs upgrade.

From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners...

From the moment I arrived l felt very welcomed by the owners & staff who made me feel like part of the family knowing l was travelling alone. My villa had a private garden & verandah with my own pond with fish & a waterfall. Such a peaceful & beautifully spacious room serviced daily. The organic food & drinks were delicious & the house frozen margarita became a daily treat for me. Prices were so inexpensive so l could indulge. The staff are always smiling & laughing as this boutique resort is a place they love to be also . The views are breathtaking & the peace it brought me filled my heart with such joy. I highly recommend this to any traveller .

This place is Magic. Surrounded by jungle and rice fields.

This place is Magic. Surrounded by jungle and rice fields. The locals are beautiful people, their culture and beliefs are so strong it’s so beautiful. Ubud is a beautiful place to visit. Respect their culture, and tip them. It’s not a lot to us, but it is to them. Tip them please they deserve it for letting us into their lands.
