The hotel was amazing! Everything was clean and really beautiful. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. It was so sweet and helpful and did not only helped with organizational things but always made sure that you are satisfied. The shuttle service of the hotel was also a very nice add on, which made the stay even better. The breakfast was also really good and you could choose out of three options. We would always come back here!!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this resort! Rooms were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated, we loved the design and the whole atmosphere of the place. Cleaning was every day. Enjoyed all the facilities at the hotel, the pool with a bar in there was very nice, massage was also amazing and food at the restaurant was delicious. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. 5 minutes walk to the beach made each our evening even more enjoyable. We also rented electric scooters from the hotel (100.000 rp per day). Would really love to come back!

Everything, this is the level of service you want when you're in Bali, especially Uluwatu! The staff all seem happy, are very friendly, and their attention to detail is impressive. They're very well-trained, and the owner did an amazing job selecting them. The level of communication pre-check-in, during the stay, and at the end was exceptional and provided us with some peace of mind and comfort. The staff were a large part of making the stay what it was. In addition, the facility itself is gorgeous, well-designed, clean and modern, and very secure. It was a little difficult locating, but, surprisingly, I would not change that as it added to the level of security the location provided; a non-issue as the communication with staff allowed us to locate where we needed to be. A beautiful pool area and a nice bar with what I would consider the right kind of music to match the vibe. The room itself was amazing, 2-floor villa with a bed on the main floor and another on the 2nd, very big, and still gives you the privacy you'd want even while being perched up on the hillside looking over everything. A few more mosquitoes than id liked, but again, the staff came in and helped minimize that issue for us, after a half-day, they weren't really a bother anymore. It was great meeting the owner of Gravity and getting to know him a little and his motivation behind what he does/why. He happened to stop by while we were relaxing near the pool, and we loved the hands-on approach he took making sure his guests were enjoying their time but also bringing any issues to his attention or his staff's attention. We got the impression he genuinely loves what he does and truly wants to make Gravity the best it can be. Definitely will be back next time & would recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Bali!

From arrival to the point we had to leave the crew of this hotel exceeded my expectations. I know it is a 5 star hotel but this feels like a 10 star hotel. Every little detail is thought about and you can feel that as soon as you walk through the dramatic entrance. Great reception staff especially Lydia who helped me out with everything i asked for. The crew is very fun and they like to joke around but at the same time work hard to exceed expectations. The bellboys are super friendly and sincere when showing interest in the guests. Breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and very fresh. The pool area is very kid friendly with lots of fun activities and slides but also very adult friendly with a good poolbar. Guns and roses and Sonia run a tight ship in the Shack and this was our favorite place to drink during the day! In the evening the Hard rock cafe is obviously one of the best places on the Island with a big centre stage above the bar and an amazing crew. They are very friendly and you can feel everybody loves to work there. Thanks guys you rock!

The breakfast was a huge buffet breakfast. One of us is gluten intolerant, so being able to choose between numerous different dishes was a huge plus. Coffee is great and we had 2 huge cappuccinos each. Our room had a huge bed, a free mini bar (soft drinks), balcony and we had access to the deluxe pool. The hotel is beautiful and they take really good care of you. Staying here was the perfect end to our holiday :)

The last time I was in Kuta was 6 years ago and I did notice some changes. The beach is not as nice as it used to be. I was looking to shop so this was not a problem. I think that Kuta offers the best shopping.

Seminyak is a typical Bali tourist location, full of the usual tourist traps but with plenty of dining and shopping options. La Lucciola and the Happy Chappy Chinese Restaurant are a must whenever we visit. Seminyak is also a short drive from the airport. In general, it is a good location for a family holiday, although perhaps not for those with smaller children.

Uluwatu is beautiful, all the beaches and modern restaurants, bars and cafe's lean more towards the coastal side, it's very easy to get around here with lots of Grab/GoJek bikes and cars driving around often, never waited more than 4 minutes for a ride. Walking around would be easy too, the sidewalks aren't too difficult however the humps and hills of the roads are definitely a workout in the hot sun. Lots of construction in Uluwatu, the streets are noisy, lots of trucks and drilling everywhere.

The beach was very disappointing, we were there in August 2023 and I don't remember the beach being so dirty with rubbish as it was this week. The amount of litter was out of control - definitely will only be a 1 night stay close to airport from now on.

We found a shop in Kerobokan where all the locals went to buy clothes etc, the prices were set and very reasonable if you didnt want to barter for everything Our villa was at the end of a driveway a fair walk from the shops etc, we couldnt find a salon nearby to have a massage. We were close to a laundry however and their prices were amazingly low and their services was excellent

We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

Kuta is very busy, traffic is hectic, but there is plenty to see and do. Shopping is good, with plenty of bargains and hotels are very good. It was easy to get a taxi to travel around and we found the best driver, BAGUS, who took us on a 12 hour day tour of middle Bali (Ubud and surrounds) for only $50 AUD.
