The staff was great 😊 The location is the best in the town. Very nice restaurants, the lake and our favourite cafe La Téne is in walking distance. A nice beach is also approachable on foot.

The staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We checked in past the time when dinner is served and they offered to put aside some sandwiches for us for when we arrive. Staff helped us sort out an issue with a rental bike in a matter of minutes. And we really appreciated that we could use the wellness facilities past our check-out time. I really enjoyed the food as well - they catered for all needs! I don't often say this but we are really considering returning to this hotel.

The apartment was very cosy and clean. We got provided coffee capsules for each morning and tea which was a very nice touch. Me and my partner liked how the apartment was designed. It was quiet, but we were there before season so I don't know if that changes when the town gets busier. The apartment is close to a small centre of the town which offers majority of shops and restaurants (just check for closing times, because everything closed early when we visited). We did some great hiking trails, you can easily use local buses and trains as the apartment is close to this too. We got provided clean towels, shower gels and body moisture as per description.

Great welcome, supportive and extremely kind host who called the restaurant very late and announced we will be coming which turned out to be our best dinner on the whole trip around Balaton, amazing gesture with coffee for the morning, great balcony, cover for our bikes and amazing value for money!
