This is a wonderful, brand new hotel just opposite Zadar on the island of Ugljan in a small harbor. The staff is extremely helpful and motivated - both early check-in and late check-out were arranged for free within minutes. The service was also great (the breakfast could have been a little more extensive). The room was also very comfortable, the windows and doors completely blocked out the loud noise of the party outside. There are several beaches in the area within a few hundred meters for children and adults (deep water). Within a few kilometers on the island we found several small bays where there are only a few people and you can snorkel very well. We will definitely come back.

Our stay at Villa Nai 3.3 was nothing short of extraordinary – truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had! The location is absolutely breathtaking: the property is carved into the rock, seamlessly blending with nature, and surrounded by centuries-old olive trees that create an atmosphere of complete peace and serenity. The pool is simply perfection – with an uninterrupted view of the islands, it feels like you’re swimming at the edge of paradise. The sunsets are picture-perfect, and the entire setting is pure magic. The staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the level of service we received was better than in many of the top luxury hotels in Croatia. We felt truly taken care of in every possible way. There were absolutely no flaws – everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfort, elegance, and tranquility of this place are truly unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nai 3.3 to everyone – you owe it to yourself to experience this slice of heaven at least once in your life. We can't wait to come back!

We had an apartment with a balcony and it was really beautiful. Clean, fragrant, nice and new furnitured. The bed was of good quality with a harder mattress, which suited us very well.TV supporting Netflix. Caffe capsules as gift which we appreciated. Parking space right next to the house. Absolutely fabulous in every way! Superb facilities, from a top of the range fully equipped kitchen to en-suite bathrooms in every bedroom, fabulous balconies with sea views and two live pools, we all fell in love with this accommodation. Excellent communication throughout, (we were lucky and we could check in earlier), Anel provided us with links for shops/restaurants etc, and was super helpful. We could not fault anything, and highly recommend for anyone seeking top class, quality, luxury accommodation a stone throw from the sea, with stunning sunsets, in a truly peaceful setting.

Camp is just the perfect size, mobile homes are spacious with big terrace, well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Beach is very nice and less then a minute walk from the camp, dog beach is also very good just a few minutes short walk away. Camp also has small pool for the kids. Staff is very friendly and pets are more then welcome. Camp is very quiet overnight.

Apartment was really nice and clean. We had all comfort we expected. Location is just perfect, just next to beach. Small beach with not too many people, so we appreciated. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Sunset view and very kind and helpful Daniel was amazing bonus 🙂
