This is a wonderful, brand new hotel just opposite Zadar on the island of Ugljan in a small harbor. The staff is extremely helpful and motivated - both early check-in and late check-out were arranged for free within minutes. The service was also great (the breakfast could have been a little more extensive). The room was also very comfortable, the windows and doors completely blocked out the loud noise of the party outside. There are several beaches in the area within a few hundred meters for children and adults (deep water). Within a few kilometers on the island we found several small bays where there are only a few people and you can snorkel very well. We will definitely come back.

Perfect location – just a 20-minute scenic walk from the ferry, 1 minute to a sandy beach, 1 minute to a lovely restaurant, and 5 minutes to a bike rental. The house is bright, clean, and quiet, with a cozy veranda. There are air conditioners in every room, and even mosquito repellents were thoughtfully provided. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast was a fresh and tasty buffet.

Very nice and clean apartment with stunning views over Kali harbour from the balcony and windows. Lovely, quiet pool area also with the same wonderful view. A truly wonderful and relaxing place.

We were greeted by the host and provided with all possible information about the property, the local facilities and sights around the island to maximise our experience. The property offers an amazing view of Lukoran bay, whilst sitting on a stone patio with swimming pool if the sea view is all you’d want! The local facilities offer a good range of essentials and then a few miles down the road is a bigger market with fresh cooked produce for an easy option. The sights around the island are incredible, from the multiple islands visible from the top of the islands to mosaic benches dotted around the island with great opportunities for sunset walks. Back to the apartment and host - two words sum up our experience - the best!
