SpainOur experience in Lone Hotel was excellent.
The location is fantastic: with the private beach right in front of the hotel, nice green walking areas accessible almost directly from the hotel and the city centre at 10mins walking through the beautiful port.
Our dog also loved it, as it is a real pet-friendly hotel with very good room and balcony size.
Great service as well from all the employees and amazing food in all their restaurants.
100% recommended :)

IrelandEverything! The receptionist was so efficient, professional and knowledgeable - she gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and was genuinely friendly. The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and decor, everything oozes coolness, from the fantastic power shower (!!!) to the themed and mood lighting/dimmers, not to mention the Wes Anderson-esque typewriter! I was relieved and pleasantly surprised to see a Marshall speaker to finally listen to music properly. Would go back and stay there again, but for longer! Also, great location. Central but quiet enough.

This resort was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible level of cleanliness and maintenance. The lawns and sidewalks were well-kept, and the beach was spotless, with no litter in sight. The apartment itself was well-maintained and regularly cleaned, and the functioning air conditioning added to the comfort of the stay. The presence of a coffee machine and an electric stove made it convenient to prepare meals in the apartment.
The resort's amenities were perfect for families, with a pool that included entertaining activities and slides for the children. The beach, although pebbly, provided a nice escape from the heat thanks to the abundance of trees offering shade. It was also conveniently close to the apartment, just around 200 meters away.
The dining experience at the resort was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious treats available. Despite the large number of guests, the food was plentiful, and the staff managed the queues efficiently. The service provided by the staff was both friendly and professional, adding to the overall positive experience.
In conclusion, this resort is a superb destination for a vacation, offering exceptional cleanliness, great amenities, and delectable dining options. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic and enjoyable getaway.

Oh God, it was amazing. What a magical heavenly spot. The whole garden island belongs to the hotel. Only 3 stories, spread out, great facilities, dreamy jewel from where you can practically touch romantic Rovinj. They come and get you or drop you from the company' s info point or the town's main dock on the mainland by Boat, only a 5 min ride. Once you are on the island with its private pebble beaches, bars and clear water, landscaped grounds, you feel the magic of the place . Comfy elegant room with balconyand incredibly extensive top quality breakfast. Come hungry! You can walk around the whole island too! A quiet and luxurious island get-away in gorgeous Rovinj. Staff was nice and everyone spoke English perfectly too.

Excellent concierge service although they don’t have a concierge desk.
Alti- lady at the reception was exceptional in her recommendations.
Roberto also was very good with all his help.
From boat rides- restaurant reservations and day trips they were exceptionally good and always did so with a smile.
Truly a fantastic hotel with the most amazing staff. Cleanliness was top notch. Slept so well - although on the main road literally NO NOISE whatsoever.
Would highly recommend to all kinds of travellers including with family. Will definitely come back.

Our experience in Lone Hotel was excellent.
The location is fantastic: with the private beach right in front of the hotel, nice green walking areas accessible almost directly from the hotel and the city centre at 10mins walking through the beautiful port.

Nice clean Mobile Houses in great condition really impressed.Great relaxing place ,guys on reception very helpful and pleasant to make you stay comfortable.Worth the money camp is really class and clean,deserved more then 4 stars not like another camp when you get cheap feelings and expensive when you pay in the end .Recommend you will be pleasantly surprise.

Staff is amazing, all of them, from cleaning lady, to the staff at the restaurant and all around the hotel. Breakfast was great, the waiters just the most professional ones, I was amazed! Pool was very nice, car, baggage: No trouble at all, just perfect. Everything was beautiful, loved it!

We are family of five and 3 bedroom mobile home was perfect for us. We chose the Superior family,which is located in calm green area close to the sea. Everything was perfect clean. The best was a huge terasse where we spent most of the time.

The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone.
The town was perfect size so walking is easy for everyone. Please note the cobbled streets can be a little slippery so fancy high heeled shoes are a No-No!
The local people are kind and friendly and everyone is catered for.
Little tip:- book restaurants early to avoid disappointment not obtaining a reservation.

Nice quiet little stone Istrian town full of charm and history. It is nicely located for easy access to Rovinj and Pula. It is also a great starting point for biking as well. You must dine at the La Grisa restaurant and Borghetto restaurant.

This is not a tourist location but a small peaceful village. There are a couple of cafe/bar/pizza joints & two small supermarkets. The countryside on the outskirts of the village was lovely & rural. It's only 15 minutes from Rovinj.

I liked the chance to find a beach that suits you, wheather you like bigger rocks, sand, natural shade, more hidden parts...
There are many options for short trips with children by car: Cape Kamenjak, Aquarium Pula, Dinopark Funtana, Safari Brioni, or just evening trip to beautiful Fažana. You can visit points, like Sv. Foška or old military forts along the coast.

It is very convenient for us that Bale is somewhere in the middle between Pula and Rovinj, also many great sights to see such as Kamenjak, also a lof of small islands to visit. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was much too short! Could visit for a month.

Barbariga and old Barbariga is a some kind of holiday resort for familys with children and many wild and also arranged beaches with many trees with natural shadow and arranged 2,5 wide path. You can reach everything around in 0,5 to 3 km distance by foot, bicycle or a car.

Bale is located within driving distance to bigger tourist attractions (Pula, Brijuni/Fazana, Rovinj are 20-25 min away), which makes it close enough to explore and far enough to avoid noise and crowds. I loved its location, because it is also convenient for outdoor activities (proximity of sea, biking, hiking). I loved the old city, cobbled streets, beautiful vistas. I would recommend it equally to those looking for an active vacation experience or to those just looking to relax.
