My go to place for when I visit Spetses. This hotel is brand new and spotless clean. Design is modern and elegant yet keeps the traditional character of the island. The owner of the hotel is very kind and ready to help for anything you need. He will go above and beyond to provide you with excellent service. Having breakfast or a drink at the courtyard is a must. Location can't be beaten. You are 3-5' walk from the port, close to bars and restaurants. Yet the hotel is located at peaceful road and you will sleep like a baby. I really can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you!

Guesthouse Niriides is a really lovely place to stay, a beautifully restored old building with modern amenities yet retaing its old world charm. Our host was delightful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly. The breakfast was home made and delicious with different breads/cakes and fruit every morning. The jams and preserves were freshly made by her mother who was equally generous and gave us pot of apricot jam to take home. The bed... well.. we were first to try the new comfort bed that arrived and it was heaven! We cannot recommend Niriides enough. We will return... in the autumn next time! Loved it!

Everything was perfect. The building in the style of the island, the terrace under the olive trees, the simplicity and charm. The hotel stuff is very polite and helpful.

Mimoza is conveniently situated on Ayia Marina road, a 5-minute walk away from Ayia Marina Beach and a 2-minute walk to the picturesque old harbour. Free WiFi is available in public areas.

I'm not sure what we can add that hasn't already been said. Tina is an excellent host. She explained where we should visit and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast is excellent, fresh orange juice and bacon & eggs as well as many fabulous freshly baked sweet and savoury options. Our room got upgraded due to a cancellation and we had a larger balcony overlooking the front street (lovely watching the horse and carriages go by). We hired an ATV for the day just opposite the hotel and had a great day exploring the island (€40). We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tina 🤗
