The hotel is located in a Venetian house (probably 500 years old) in the heart of the old town. Recently renovated to a very high standard, it combines modern amenities with old, beautiful walls. Despite its central location, the square by the mosque turned out to be quiet at night. Very polite staff. Highly recommended.  Driving into the narrow streets of the old town is, of course, impossible, so parking is available at a nearby city parking lot by the large square. A few minutes' walk is not an issue. Parking is covered by the hotel. We received precise instructions. Around 5 PM, we parked without any problems, but in the morning, we saw a long line of cars trying to get in. I think they could have waited up to an hour.

Gorgeous architecture and in a super convenient location, directly in the old city centre but no noise. The best part of it all was the lovely and attentive staff though! They really made it such a nice and relaxing experience. The breakfast is absolutely brilliant, staff prepares a different variety of dishes each morning, which were nothing short of amazing.

Stella Luxury Apartments were our third stop on the island. Calming, pleasant, comfortable, in close proximity to the market, restaurants, bar and everything we needed. We stayed for three days, Agia Galini is an ideal starting point for exploring the surroundings, the nature in the south of the island is wild, unspoiled, the beaches are divine, we visited Tripetra, Matala and small villages in the hills. The owner Paris is a professional and pleasant conversationalist. We recommend it. The three days passed quickly, but we had to go to our next destination in the north of the island...

Apart from all 10 points above, I must say that fitness room is just wonderful, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment. Service was excellent. Upon late arrival staff took care and left us some sandwiches in the fridge. Also, because of our honeymoon, we found a fruit basket with champagne and honey desert. When I asked if they had softer pillows, as I felt my pillow was a bit too hard, they delivered to the room a soft and comfortable pillow for me straight away. Overall, everything was just perfect: cleaning, service, beach. I don’t think you need more for a perfect and relaxing vacation. We will come again! Thank you!!!

Great new hotel. Everything works perfectly. The room is wonderful, as is the bathroom and the beds. Nothing is missing. Home automation at the top. I recently stayed at Eleven Boutique Suites and had an amazing time. The hotel is very small, which made it very quiet and relaxing. The owner was incredibly helpful and always made sure I had everything I needed. The facilities were great, and the sea view was absolutely perfect. One of the highlights of my stay was the food at the restaurant. It was some of the most delicious food I've ever had! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay on Crete Island. The combination of great facilities, stunning views, and fantastic food make it a truly special place to stay.
