Great rooms, excellent views and an extremely hospitable host sums up our stay here. The hotel itself is at a height with views of the Prespa lake and the village from the very large balcony adjoining the room. The room itself is very large with a large bathroom with high quality amenities. There is a provision for tea and coffee in the room with a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee above a flight of stairs. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host and greeted with hot coffee. Cookies just out of the oven were served free. Breakfast was prepared by the hostess’ mom and it was very elaborate, freshly made and delicious. We were not aware of this and had requested an early breakfast at 6.30 am and felt a bit bad about waking her up so early. However she was all smiles and spoke to us about India in Greek through her interpreter (daughter). They invited our guide for breakfast though he was staying somewhere else. There is a restaurant in the village about 5-7 mins walk from the property that’s very lively and serves great food.

This hotel fully reflects the unique atmosphere in this mountain hamlet in arguably one of the most remote parts of Northern Greece, a mere stonesthrow away from the border with Albania. What stands out the most is the heartwarming hospitality of its owners - with the lady of the house being Italian from Como and her husband Voios, fluent in Italian, who grew up in this very compound. Fabulous place to stay. Location is so beautiful and very relaxing. Room very comfortable with a balcony with great views. Hosts very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious.

Hosts were very polite and they cared about all the guests. The breakfast was nice and during Christmas they organized a little gathering with food and music. Easy access, near to Prespes. A value for money choice.

What an amazing place. We had fantastic views of the lake from our balcony. It is run by a lovely family who were very friendly and helpful. They provided a fantastic breakfast. We loved that their very cute dog would also take itself for a walk with us! We just wished that we were able to stay longer. The whole place had a very chilled vibe and we loved it.
