Beautiful property in the south of Paxos. The room was very cozy and spacious and had everything you need, even if you want to cook some meals (plates, cutlery, dishsoap). We got some welcoming treats as well, such as cookies, fresh water and cold drinks in our fridge. Everything is clean and smells nice and you can see that all is treated with care and attention to detail. You have AC which is very important and some electric insect repellent. You also get some towels to use in the pool or beach, which are very handy. The bathroom is spacious and also the kitchen/living room. You have some chairs outside as well and also a drying rack. The breakfast is simple but good and is served by the pool in a fantastic space, with great views. The pool is more gorgeous than it looks in the photos and the surrounding space is beautifully decorated, with wooden comfy sunbeds, ethereal curtains flying in the wind and plants and flowers around. It’s perfectly located because it catches sun until late afternoon. The location of the property for us was perfect. It is outside Gaios so it’s very peaceful but if you want to go to the village it’s just under 10 minutes drive. I don’t think you can explore Paxos without a car, so this is just a detail. You can walk to Mongonissi bay which has warmer waters and 2 restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. You also park for free inside the property. Finally, Vali was an incredible host. She was very nice and available to answer our questions. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! This lovely property is located in a quiet area, just outside the main part of Gaios, which was perfect because evenings were peaceful. The pool was a fantastic bonus, as not every place offers one. It’s also close to two beautiful small rocky beaches with hardly any people (the beach near the town was always crowded). The apartment and the entire villa were spotless and very well maintained by the amazing owner, Eva. She was always available to help, sharing great tips on exploring Paxos and recommending places to eat. Her advice was super helpful, and we really enjoyed our chats with her. :)

The owner Katia and her husband are so lovely. They were always helpful and considerate. They picked us up from the port without asking them, and also drove us back to port on the departure. When there was no taxi, they have driven us to the location we wanted to go. The place is quite close to the Gaios center and also nearby small beach. The garden is spacious and amazing. When the weather was bad, they have already put umbrella and rain cover without we asked them. They make you feel like you are their guest, not customer.

My husband and we were positively surprised by everything during our stay and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable service to the excellent amenities, every detail was perfect. The comfort of the rooms, the cleanliness, and the calm, relaxing atmosphere made us feel truly special and cared for throughout our visit. It was one of those rare experiences where everything just felt right. We have already recommended this resort to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

Alia Apartment was excellent in every way. We selected it for its location and we were not disappointed. In the heart of Gaios, it was great for strolls in the evening and leaving the car after a day around the island. The apartment is just like the photos, and even better. Newly refurbished, very stylish and comfortable. It was very clean and the service was excellent - Mrs. Christina is a gem, a wonderful host and a very pleasant lady, eager to help in every way.

Pool and Gardens are outstanding. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant walk down to Gaios and energetic yet doable return. Everything you could need is in Gaios... shops, restaurants, tours, beaches. Bus to Loggos and Lakka stop outside the hotel. Beautiful spacious and well appointed room with pleasant balcony. Pool was a highlight.

The setting is extraordinary, with ancient olive tree groves offering a serenity broken only by the lovely lull of cicadas. With two swimming pools and helpful hosts/cleaning staff, we absolutely loved our stay.

Spacious, comfortable and modern apartment near the beach with great view of the sea. The host Olga was extreemly kind and helpful. Great place to relax and enjoy the lovely beach and incredible sea.

We loved the stuff and the location! The hotel was near the beach and for us it was perfect since we had our 2.5-year-old with us. Also there was an easy access to the Lakka village!
