The location is absolutely perfect, the staff kind and helpful. I loved the rooftop bar and swimming pool area so much! The view is stunning. :) We had everything we needed. I've been coming to Lakka for years, but never before noticed this amazing flower blooming at night! As soon as the sun went down, the scent filled the room through the open balcony door, and my goodness, it was heavenly.

    Beautiful property in the south of Paxos. The room was very cozy and spacious and had everything you need, even if you want to cook some meals (plates, cutlery, dishsoap). We got some welcoming treats as well, such as cookies, fresh water and cold drinks in our fridge. Everything is clean and smells nice and you can see that all is treated with care and attention to detail. You have AC which is very important and some electric insect repellent. You also get some towels to use in the pool or beach, which are very handy. The bathroom is spacious and also the kitchen/living room. You have some chairs outside as well and also a drying rack. The breakfast is simple but good and is served by the pool in a fantastic space, with great views. The pool is more gorgeous than it looks in the photos and the surrounding space is beautifully decorated, with wooden comfy sunbeds, ethereal curtains flying in the wind and plants and flowers around. It’s perfectly located because it catches sun until late afternoon. The location of the property for us was perfect. It is outside Gaios so it’s very peaceful but if you want to go to the village it’s just under 10 minutes drive. I don’t think you can explore Paxos without a car, so this is just a detail. You can walk to Mongonissi bay which has warmer waters and 2 restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. You also park for free inside the property. Finally, Vali was an incredible host. She was very nice and available to answer our questions. I highly recommend!

    We had the best stay in Paxoi Resort! We left a few hours ago and are already thinking about going back - I couldn’t wait to leave a review and recommend this place to other guests. We could walk to the center of Gaios to grab lunch/dinner, and would explore the rest of the island by car - amazing location. We were always greeted with a warm smile and quickly assisted if anything was needed. The whole atmosphere is calm, clean, true perfection. The amazing breakfast (customized everyday, at a hour of our preference, with great products!!), the refreshing, super well designed swimming pool… And of course the apartments, with great space, decor, again super clean and fresh. We felt at home here, and will never forget these holidays! Thank you!!

    What a wonderful place this is!! We couldn't think of a better place to start our holiday. The rooms are basic but they really have everything you need for a good holiday. The beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony is amazing! The owner and staff are all wonderful people, they made us feel so welcome. It's just a walk down the stairs to go to one of the best beaches in Paxos, the free sunbeds are a wonderful bonus! Walking to Lakka, which is a lovely small town, takes just 5 minutes. The path you have to take is not hard to go and also gives you some nice views over the sea. This place really checked all our boxes: a good, complete room, wonderful views, a great location and a very nice welcoming staff!

    The location of the apartment is perfect, a 1 minute walk to the sea, a 5 minute walk to the town of Gaios. It has everything a family needs for a great holiday, the right amount of space, comfortable beds, a pristine spacious bathroom and a fantastic terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and comfortable. Katia is helpful, kind and picked us up from port and dropped us back again. During a rainy afternoon she dropped umbrellas and rain ponchos to us, she warned us on a day there were jelly fish in the sea. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

    The villa was right on the water, with beautiful views of the turquoise water. There was even a beach bar just below. The villa had loads of places to lounge and have fun a, comfortable, clean beds and an en-suite in each bedroom. Olga was a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable and looked after. We were a group of 3 families staying in the 5 bed villa and it worked very well for us all! It’s only a short drive to Gaios and the other towns for dinner. There’s even a hot tub on the balcony! We would love to return.

    Everything was amazing!! The place is beautiful, full of trees. You have 2 beaches and 2 pools. You can walk in the nature just outside your door. The villas is super clean, with everything you need. The shower is okay with hot water all the time. The views are magnificent, you take your breakfast on the beach!!! The staff is very friendly, we actually became friends with the stuff. Doreen is so sweet and helpful. If you come to Paxos this is the place to stay!!!

    Pool and Gardens are outstanding. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Pleasant walk down to Gaios and energetic yet doable return. Everything you could need is in Gaios... shops, restaurants, tours, beaches. Bus to Loggos and Lakka stop outside the hotel. Beautiful spacious and well appointed room with pleasant balcony. Pool was a highlight.

    Antonia made staying at Paxos Sunrise Villas very easy. She welcomed us starting by picking us up at ferry port. The apartment was comfortable, had an amazing view and its own little private beach all within walking distance to Gaios. We could hire a scooter from villa and were able to explore the island. Thoroughly recommend.

    Truly amazing hospitality and a five star stay! The apartment was spotless clean and we had cleaning service everyday and fresh towels every two days.     Gaios was a delight.

    Gaios was a delight. Very pretty with plenty of tavernas coffee bars etc. However as we made our way through quite a few places we were told many times “ we don’t have “ when trying to order food. It’s not the end of the season you still have tourists! Best trip was with Captain Yannis on Agia Sebastianos boat which was exceptional! Authentic Greek food throughout the day so many swim stops around Paxos and Anti Paxos and for just 55 € great value this was our favourite day I absolutely recommend this to everyone.

    A beautiful, clean village full of nice restaurants, but without any crazy nightclubs or tacky souvenirs. Paxos island is perfect for exploring beaches – it’s not overly touristy, and renting a boat to sail around the island

    Longos is stunning - we preferred it over Lakka and Gaios for how peaceful but pretty it was. It has enough tavernas without any tacky tourist tat shops or 'english breakfast' type pubs, and the seafood we had was reasonably priced and delicious in each taverna. There are great beaches very close by (walkable). Great for a couple or those looking for a relaxing stay.

    Paxos is beautiful.

    Paxos is beautiful. We stayed in Gaios as it is the central place for other places on the island. It is small but has everything you need. It is busy with day trippers and those on the many large yachts moored out to sea so the price of clothes in the shops reflect this. But most of the restaurants are very well-priced and all the food is delicious. We didn't have a bad meal during the 5 days we were there. There is a bus to the other towns of Lakka and Loggos, both which have delicious food and access to beaches, which may be pebbly, but the sea is luxurious. A 15 minute boat ride to Anti-Paxos gives a fantastic trip to 2 sandy beaches, light blue sea and places to have lunch. I'd recommend this island for a holiday and Gaios as a base.

    I recommend Lakka instead of Gaios, Much better access for the beach, Harami is the best restaurant, but unfortunately only for lunch. Worth rent a chair near the restaurant, amazing food great staff. If you come once to Lakka you will get addicted.

    We had a wonderful four days. Perfect position to walk so easily into restaurants and the harbour. Clean, comfortable beautiful pool Just across the road from a small supermarket for all our needs. Sia so helpful. A perfect stay highly recommend

    Variety of restaurants and bars lovely seafront bars to have a drink or ice cream watching the boats come in and out. It gets very busy from around 11-3 when the boat trips come in and the beaches are very small. My tip would to venture a bit further out to find more peaceful and not crowded beaches. Mongonisi beach is about an hours walk along the coast it has a sandy beach safe for children with a very nice beach bar/restaurant sunbeds are 5 euros and the beach does not get too crowded

    Delightful atmosphere. Good variety of places to eat. Very friendly shops, tavernas and accommodation. Getting there from Giaos on arrival with your luggage requires pre-booking a taxi as there's a shortage. You can't wheel your cases along most of the roads on Paxos - they're too rough so you'll need to be dropped off as close as possible to your accommodation. Lakka's beaches are lovely, with sand in the shallows so you can stand up comfortably. Avoid them across the middle of the day when the excursions boats are in as they get busy, but from 2pm they're quiet again.
