My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Anapollo Boutique Hotel Adults Only on the serene island of Naxos. This new establishment boasts a stunning decor, with beautifully appointed rooms that are not only tastefully decorated but also spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Nestled in a peaceful area, it offers a respite from the hustle and bustle, yet it's conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from both the beach and the town center. The availability of complimentary parking right next to the hotel is an added convenience. The pool area is an idyllic spot for relaxation, maintaining the hotel's overall tranquil vibe. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay; a delectable spread of homemade dishes featuring local produce and ingredients from the hotel's own garden. However, the true gem of Anapollo is its team. Their extreme kindness, professionalism, and eagerness to assist made us feel exceptionally welcome. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with car rental arrangements directly at the reception. We highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable stay. We had an amazing time at Cosmos Hotel. Great location, only 3 minutes walking from the popular Plaka beach where the sea was warm even during October. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naxos.

Very nice and spacious villa, ideal for a family of four. Very close to all the sandy beaches one should visit but staying by the pool for a swim and some relaxation was also an option. Breakfast is delivered at your door every morning by the host Vicky who was very polite and helpful at all times. Definitely recommended

Phenomenal hotel. Location was great, far enough from the tourist areas to be quiet but close enough to walk anywhere you want in town. The Agios Georgios beach is only a few minutes walk and has a ton of amenities. Parking is right across the street from the hotel and very convenient for getting to the roads to elsewhere on the island. Definitely get as small of a car as possible though with the narrow streets. Irene was so friendly and helpful, we arrived and left the island at weird times but she was so flexible with check in and check out - so incredibly generous of her. The top floor room was quiet, cool, clean, and had everything we needed. We'll never stay anywhere else on Naxos as long as Irene has an open room.

    Our ferry was cancelled due to severe weather. Naxos Chora offer free cancellation up to 3pm on the day of arrival. I notified the hotel before 3pm on the arrival day that we could not arrive on the island & wished to cancel that night. We were told later that a refund was not allowed.

    I’d say 3 days is enough time here.

    I’d say 3 days is enough time here. We stayed where we were as it’s close to the beach and amenities, we didn’t travel elsewhere as it was 25 euro each way in a taxi to the port. We did want to get a quad bike but forgot a listener. Id recommend a few days here and also going to another island and a few days in Athens too. We went to Syros also which was less touristy in a great way.!

    Lovely long beach with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas and a wide choice of tavernas and bars. We had cocktails and an evening meal every night Naxos Town (Chora) is a 20 minute bus ride away (just 2.30€ one way) and they run half hourly from 8am to midnight. Plaka beach is a 30 minute walk (or on the same bus route from Naxos town). Sunbeds are often linked to the bar/taverna over the road. An umbrella with 2 beds is typically 20€ per day plus a minimum food & drinks spend of 15€ per set

    Mikri Vigla is a quiet town with a couple bakeries and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets and beaches, but you should have a car / moped to get around. The bus from Naxos Chora is infrequent and drops off at the beach, not the town proper.

    Stelida is a purpose built hilltop penninsula for accomodation and walking distance to a lovely beach if the north wind is not blowing. Only two restaurant options to walk to at night but it has easy access to hill towns and beaches to the south by car.     We liked the premises and quiet sandy beach. There is free parking on premise and some very good restaurants nearby. Make sure that when you get the sea view room, you ask for the direct and not the side views room.

    Quiet beach with three Tavernas withing walking distance...

    Quiet beach with three Tavernas withing walking distance plus some smaller food service locations. There is a mini market where you can purchase essentials. It was very windy in June, less so we were told in September. No bus service, we hired a car but if you are prepared to walk up and doen the beach not absolutely essential.

    Near Moutsouna on the eastern coast of Naxos, a small house...

    Near Moutsouna on the eastern coast of Naxos, a small house for two people nestled in the peaceful countryside. In the morning, the sounds of buzzards echo, and you can admire the flights of peregrine falcons in a deep blue sky. In the evening, the bells of goats and sheep create a bucolic atmosphere. Nearby, there are beautiful, secluded sandy beaches (Psili Amnos) and pebble beaches (Azalas). Matthew and Giannis are extremely kind and helpful hosts, welcoming their guests with genuine courtesy and delicious produce from their small garden. We spent 12 truly special days. About 12 km south of the house, from the beautiful beach of Panermos, you can daily embark for the splendid Koufonissi.

    A wonderful place with so much to see.

    A wonderful place with so much to see. A peaceful place full of history. Portara is beautiful both day and night, and even more so at sunset. With a few tours, you can reach Delos, a wonderful island full of history! Near the port of Naxos there are very nice restaurants and pubs for all tastes. The market streets with all the shops are also very suggestive. Tours of the island are also highly recommended.
