Me and my family loved everything. The hotel is exactly like in the pictures, the owners of the hotel and the staff are some of the warmest most kind people we met. They picked us up from the ferry port and later that evening we wanted to eat somewhere, and they drove us to town even if the hotel is very close to town they gave us a ride. And even when we were leaving they drove us to the port again. Anything you ask for they try to fix. The hotel is really nice, the yard and the pool likewise. They give you any information and help that you ask for. We were there to celebrate our mothers 60th birthday and the entire family loved the stay. They gave us tips on where to eat for our mother's celebration and much more. We also rented a car via the hotel which was very convenient to just have the car outside of the hotel. You can also park the car for free at the hotel. And also the Iland, I will definitely visit Naxos again and when so I will stay at the Naxos Village Hotel again! At the hotel there is a restaurant named Pantry, their breakfast is delicious we ate there every morning. And also the owners of the restaurant lovely people. Warm and family friendly. We honestly have nothing bad to say, everything was great!

What a fabulous hotel. from the first friendly greeting to the last farewell, Nicoletta & her staff ensured that our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is tastefully decorated in white & grey and is kept spotlessly clean. Our bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. beach towels are provided. We used the laundry service at the end of our week; good value & efficient. The pièce de resistance has to be the homemade feast that is the breakfast. Combine that with stunning sea views on a very friendly island and we had a perfect week in Hotel Grotta.

We spent 5 beautiful days in the hotel. The location is amazing and the hotel staff was very friendly!! Communication with the hotel was effortless and got answered all our questions right away! Would recommend their own restaurant as well with delicious food. The pool with the beautiful view on the sea with light breeze and unforgetable sunset and also the bar with friendly bartender was one of the highlight of our stay. Room was perfect, clean, and first thing in the morning was the sound of the waves clashing on the shore. Also sunset could be seen right from our window. All in all we will be definietly back again and will recommend to our friends!!!

The family suite was just perfect. Very spacious, on two levels (each one having its own double bed and bathrouom) and fridge. It has cooking facilities, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle. Toiletries are high quality, there are also slippers and bathrobes, as well as beach towels (which comes handy). There is a stylish private patio where one can sit and relax. I cannot say enough about the staff. The friendliest and most helpful people we could have. They made us feel welcome and at home. Child-friendly. The suites are within ten minute walk from the closest beach (St George's). Bus stops are within a few minute walk for those who do not want to use a car.

We spent 4 days at the Naxian Spirit Inn. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower was great (with high water pressure), AC worked perfectly, two level up (30sec from our room) and you have the rooftop & pool. That pool and rooftop sunbeds are a real advantage especially when coming back for a nap between 15-17h (the warmest time of the day) or at 18h to relax before going to a restaurant. We initially thought that the hotel would be a little far, it wasn’t - 20min walk to the harbour and 15min to the main city restaurant + you don’t get all the noise in the street! Towels were changed every two days, room was cleaned every day. The service was great. You can have a bag of clothes washed in a day for €15. The bus stop to the beaches is 5min walk from the hotel. You can also easily park your car behind the hotel. Regarding the breakfast option, we did not take it. Instead we would eat a yoghurt and a fruit bought from a supermarket 3min away on our terrasse. We would definitely come back!
