The small touches to the room. It was my birthday and anniversary and they decorated the room. The staff at reception were so kind and helpful. The room was small but cozy. Had all the necessities like bathrobes a coffee and tea area and plenty of clean towels. The hotel's beach beds are also Amazing. We had front row beds and a beautiful sea ahead. The hotel was quiet which was great too to relax from the busy streets outside

The staff here are exceptional so friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made us feel at home while treating us like special guests. The location is stunning, with gorgeous views, beautiful design, and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is so thoughtfully maintained, with lush gardens and quiet corners to unwind. We especially loved how family friendly everything was.     PARADISE FOUND It has been a month since we returned from the heavenly hotel. The hotel is surrounded by forest at a height where the air is filled with the smell of the sea, trees and rose bushes. Well-groomed paths around the hotel, a beautiful restaurant complex, smiling waiters and a cozy shop where you can buy everything you need. But the main surprise was waiting for us when we went down to the hotel's chic beach on the red dreamlike elevator, with panoramic windows, observing the beautiful landscape around the hotel. A sandy beach, where there are always free places, the purest magical sea, from which it is impossible to take your eyes off. But I especially want to mention the young reception staff: beautiful, friendly, smiling George, Yannis, Zuriko, Maria and Joanna, special thanks to you. I really hope that next year I will return to you again, with a large family: children and grandchildren. I really want them to get in touch with the charm of this amazing resort. Thank you very much👏🍾🥂🌻

    I traveled with my 4-year-old, and as a single mom, it's often tough to balance quality time with my child and finding moments to relax. Here, it worked perfectly. The staff running kids' activities (exploring, creating, and free play) were fantastic, giving me a few worry-free hours each day while she enjoyed fun and safe activities. Afterward, we had plenty to do together—swimming in the perfect sea, hiking, exercising, exploring by boat, and dining. My special love goes to the tennis centre —my only regret was not booking more sessions in advance!

    Nice hotel, suitable for couples and families. Nice atmosphere, tasty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Sea amazing, as well as the pool. Location is good, however, you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the village centre. A little bit hard when it is hot outside. But the location makes the hotel isolated from the street noise. Overall very nice hotel. Will come back, if will visit Halkidiki again

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    A wonderful place for a family vacation - many families with children, a warm sea with a gentle entrance, and sandy beaches where you can either rent sunbeds with umbrellas or bring your own. The restaurants along the promenade are quite good, although the menu can get a bit repetitive over the course of the holiday - mostly pizza, pasta, risotto, fish, and salads. There are also attractions for children, plenty of souvenir shops, and a supermarket a bit further away, where you can find everything you need.

    Small and quiet village with very good houses.

    Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

    Small town with a couple of decent options to eat - 2 fish tavernas, 2 gyros places, 2 patisseries, 1 pizza place and 2 beach bars. By car, 15-30min away you can find more options in the neighbouring villages.

    Sani as a location is nice.

    Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
