- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,011 reviewsOur stay at Casa Cook Rhodes was simply unforgettable. The breakfast surpassed all expectations – even my girlfriend, who has visited numerous 5-star hotels, couldn't name a better breakfast. The staff were extremely attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need. The cleaning was meticulous and thorough down to the smallest detail. An unexpected complimentary upgrade from the Loft Suite to the Private Pool Suite was the cherry on top of our stay. Although we didn't have a private whirlpool as booked, we were able to use the spa's whirlpool as an alternative, free of charge. The hotel's restaurant, while slightly pricier, more than made up for it with its quality, and the savings on taxi fares to an external restaurant were significant. The welcome gift of Prosecco, a fruit platter, and a bottle of water was a nice touch. Privacy was always respected, and we felt comfortable and secure at all times. The conference room was perfect for our remote meeting needs. Casa Cook exceeded our expectations in every way. The high-quality Korres shower and body care products were replenished daily, adding to our overall well-being. We highly recommend Casa Cook Rhodes and will definitely be back!Guest review byLeonSwitzerland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 483 reviewsThe rooms and building were beautiful -high celings, styled in an antique way. Amazing Service- The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was really good- coffee, juice, toast with spreads, mix of fruit, greek yogurt, honey and a choice of eggs cooked your way. The beds were comfortable Great location as 5 or 7 minutes walk from Port. Minimal stairs compared to the rest of the island . Slight incline up from Port, but only a feew stairs up at the hotel. This was good as I have a bad KneeGuest review byMeganNew Zealand
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 373 reviewsJust great experience, the hotel is very well maintained and clean, staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is with good enough choice of local products and also very tasty. View from the room directly to the charming small port of Loutra, in my opinion best place on the island. Although Loutra is the most to the north village on the island, it is still close to visit all the island's worth to visit places. What else could you wish from Kythnos?!Guest review byGrzegorzPoland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 241 reviewsThe best sunset view in Santorni and the suites are really amazing and quiet, excepcional for couples and with a worldclass restaurant. The hotel team and its general manager require a separate mention, they are exceptional as hosts, they were kind, warm and concerned about us all the time, the best thing about the hotel. Special thanks to the Spanish-speaking team: Marina, Tamara, Antonella and also of course Mr. Manos.Guest review byErickChile

Good roof top restaurant with astonishing view. We've booked a room with the see view and it was breathtaking, from our room's balcony we were able to see the sunset. The room also was very clean. Air conditioning worked well. In several minutes are located very nice beaches.Guest review byValentynaPoland

Historical city that deserves a visit! Easily walkable.
Historical city that deserves a visit! Easily walkable. Just a stunning amount of things to do and to eat! We also toured the Temple of Poseidon from Athens while our friends hired a driver and visited Corinth. We also enjoyed a nighttime dinner at Point A rooftop restaurant where the Acropolis shone brightly in the night sky. We loved our stay in Athens.Guest review byBarbaraUnited States - 10.0

The old town and harbour are stunning- really picturesque with a happy, vibrant vibe, lots to see and loads of small, independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The challenge is trying to find one’s way back to any particular shop, as the Old Town is such a maze of narrow cobbled streets with quaint, pretty houses. I had been told it’s a great place to visit but it vastly exceeded my expectations.Guest review byKayUnited Kingdom - 4.0
Heraklion has a lot of car and bike traffic.
Heraklion has a lot of car and bike traffic. It is like peak hour in Sydney constantly. Parking is horrendous. I would recommend staying out of Heraklion. Drive to Knossos Palace, but go early. The other attraction for us was the Archaeological Museum. Get a uber or taxi to that. The foreshore looks like they gave up on it years ago. After Chania, Heraklion was a disappointment.Guest review byWalAustralia - 10.0
We spent two weeks on the island in Fira, We stayed one week...
We spent two weeks on the island in Fira, We stayed one week on the east side and one week on the west side. The east side of the island is quieter. You need to walk to shops and restaurants - uphill, so lots of cardio! We stayed at Hill Suites. A lovely, relaxing and private accommodation with a perfect lanai breakfast every morning. Thomas, the manager was an excellent host! The second week we spent on the caldera side. Very busy!!!! Shops and restaurants surround you. No cars here. Streets are lovely, narrow, winding paths leading you from one surprise to another. Everywhere the views are stunning! The best resource on the island is the bus terminal located in Fira. This terminal is a hub and spoke terminal. All buses leave and return to this terminal each trip. You can go anywhere for 2 euros one way. An excellent way to see the island! The buses run frequently so if you miss one, don't worry there will be another shortly. They also service the airport! Across the street from the bus depot is the Museum. A must see after you have visited the excavations at Akrotiri at the south end of the island. Really, find yourself a spot to sit and enjoy a beverage while taking in the view and watching the activities around you. Remember to breathe. Relax. Enjoy.Guest review byKathrynCanada - 10.0

We go there a day or two early arriving from Athens to board our cruise ship. Piraeus is a lovely city. Almost next door is a new building with a bar looking out over the harbour. Down on the corner is a great kebab place and just across the road is a local, family run taverna with great food. We always order too much!Guest review byGailAustralia - 8.0
Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants.
Picturesque city with a multitude of bars and restaurants. A few high end clothing stores, and many many businesses selling jewelry, clothes, souvenirs and fridge magnets. Quite small, apparently caters to party goers over the summer (went in October end of season, where most main venues had closed).Guest review byMarkSwitzerland - 10.0

Like many Cretan coastal towns and villages, Rethymno is overwhelmed by us tourists. It's distressing to walk very crowded mediaeval streets surrounded by souvenir shops. The famous bakeries are wonderful and the harbour is really beautiful. Parking has been addressed but the experience is still not pleasant. We found having a drink and a light meal on the waterfront a joyless experience, crowded area and surly service. I would recommend Rethymno for a quick visit to see the Old Town bakeries and the Harbour.Guest review byJohnAustralia - 10.0

Lovely and lively port with plenty of bars and restaurants Beach was beautiful with easy access to the sea and good quality beach bars and restaurants at a reasonable price but sun beds are all overpriced at 45 euros.Guest review byneilUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Wonderful mesmerising city.
Wonderful mesmerising city. Metro excellent and inexpensive...Every random stranger was helpful. The Greeks are very proud of their city and wish to extend their hospitality to the world..English widely spoken. My advice would be to walk, drink coffee and watch people go by. I ate in Kolonaki, Monastiraki...Guest review byIroCyprus
