The location was perfect. Right in the middle of a pedestrian mall .The courtyard coffee shop had a lovely ambience a d was lovely for breakfast and light meals. The staff was polite professional and very obliging. It has been modernised but has alot of its ancient charm with lovely spaces and stairways and a beautiful painted vaulted ceilings

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff Lila and Giwta. As well as the cleaner Maria. My grandmother broke her foot and they were so caring, kind and went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. It's a beautiful hotel, in a great location and very clean! Recommend 100%

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is also pet-friendly, and my cat Nero felt completely at home.

The facility is very clean, the location is very nice, comfortable and convenient. The landlord is very interested and answers questions immediately. We easily entered the house ourselves. Modern and sparkling clean apartment, right in the very center of Chios town, close to the port, restaurants and shopping area. Very friendly host and super easy self check in/out. When I forgot the building key in the room, the problem was solved immediately, during 10 minutes.
