We enjoyed staying at this property due to a number of reasons: - great location and nice view - new property, everything is done nicely - very welcoming owner (we think this man on reception was an owner, but maybe not) - great person who made sure our staying was great - amazing bathroom! The hotel is impeccably maintained and offers stunning views of the snow-covered landscape all around. Our corner room was a standout feature, offering breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, New Gudauri, and the majestic mountains right in front. Watching the sun rays paint the mountain peaks in yellow and orange each morning was truly magical. A special mention to Ms. Toko, the Front Office/Guest Relations Executive, whose exceptional attention to detail made our stay even more memorable. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt cared for and valued. Her personal engagement during the New Year’s Eve dinner, where she checked in with each guest, was a testament to her dedication and passion for hospitality. In general, the overall hotel staff is courteous and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The New Year’s Eve celebration itself was the highlight of our stay. The arrangements were spectacular, featuring a DJ, live music, fireworks, and fun games. The entire evening was planned and executed flawlessly, creating unforgettable memories for us. The housekeeping team ensured that every corner of the hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness was truly industry-leading. The food was another pleasant surprise—it was absolutely delicious and exceeded all our expectations. As we explored the hotel, we couldn’t help but notice how every small detail in the décor and ambiance seemed to be designed with great care and thoughtfulness. Overall, we couldn’t find a single negative point during our stay. Hotel Monte is a true gem, and we would love to return here. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gudauri—you won’t be disappointed! 🌟

The view is just breathtaking! There is a bit walking up a steep mountain road, so pack light. However, it is more than worth the effort! We had all the necessary facilities and the joy of staying in touch with nature. Horses are roaming free around, the whole place is just magical. The girl at the reception was kind and helpful, and the breakfast was yummy. Will definitely stay here again! Warmest recommendations!

I really enjoyed my stay in Kazbegi. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering an amazing view. The property also had a shared terrace with breathtaking scenery. One of the most homy and beautiful stays, 5 mins walk from the reservoir beach, amazing nature all around with very easy accessibility. The villa itself is inhabited by a lovely and heerful family. We loved the nature. The fresh air. We loved the people we met they were nice and accommodating. We loved natural water . Best place to view the beautiful mountains. Highly recommend. It was easy to go aswell from and back to tiblisi.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays.

Fantastic place for skiing holidays. However, you have to have some previous experience skiing or snowboarding; it's not very beginner-friendly. But the views are fantastic, and paragliding options are available as well, so you can enjoy flying. And most importantly, no queues on lifts:) and decent ticket prices. It was fantastic and memorable holidays.

We went to different restaurants. Especially the river side cafe was very friendly and made us feel really special! The people in the information office right in the town centre were very friendly and helpful! They would need to be more supported with maps for hikers.

Perfect place to start at least two days hike: 1. Juta to Roshka via Chaukhi pass: 20,3 km, 1.294 elevation gain 2. Roschka to Juta via Sadzele pass: 16,1 km, 1.063 elevation gain Beautiful, amazing scenario, pure nature.

* food at the restaurant was amazing, I would suggest trying: Chicken salad with mango, Khinkhali dessert, Chicken fillet with mozzarella. * nice room & bathroom with all the toiletries * nice quite location * breakfast was okay, there could have been more variety but still nice. Restaurant at the property opens at 1 p.m and there is no other restaurants near the property so I'd suggest u taking option with breakfast included. * pool was nice and clean but sometimes music at the pool was too loud and a little annoying (mostly club music)

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

Tbilisi city and mountains are beautiful, places and hotels in New Guduari are beautiful. But people are very rude, they do not know tourism and behave badly. Even the woman in the toilet shouts at people. Also very bad all routes

The cabin was nice and clean, and the owner was friendly. It was located in the backyard of their house but still comfortable. There were no windows or anything towards the cabin itself. It's close to the riverside, and you could easily walk there. The rest looked the same as the pictures. There were also some snacks in the mini-fridge, but I believe you have to pay some extra charge for them (we didn't use them, so I'm not sure). upstairs was very hot (we went there in July) but while you were downstairs you could easily use AC. Also, I expected some slippers but I couldn't find any.

We wanted a hotel with a Mountain View & Grand View was just perfect for that. We hiked up to the church early in the morning to take in the views of Kazbegi & rewarded ourselves with a delicious breakfast in town @ Tiba after - really recommend . Short & sweet trip !
