The hotel is located on a beautiful setting on the loch. The rooms were big, very warm and inviting.
Dinner was delicious at The Estate Room.
Service was great.
I recommend you spend a couple nights to fully enjoy the hotel and facilities.

The most phenomenal view of the loch from wonderful sunroom/balcony - we wish we could have stayed longer!
Only small issues were parking quite tight, mattress on sofa bed was very uncomfortable like laying on springs alone (we were able to use a mattress from a friend’s apartment luckily) and there was heaps of dog hair through the lounge.
But we would certainly stay again as the quiet, outlook, and the room were all great.

Beautiful, modern and well maintained home, with a gorgeous garden.
The beds were comfortable, and the hosts are lovely - very accommodating and easily to communicate with. We had a lovely 1 night stay for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids), and would happily have stayed longer. Thanks for a great stay! Highly recommend - 10/10 :)

The location was a few miles outside Kenmore we had a lovely side view of Loch Tay from the balcony. The apartment was wonderful, very new and modern, spacious rooms, great bathrooms and showers, comfy beds, the owners had thought of everything you would need for a relaxing stay.

This building has been here for more than 50 years and I was excited to finally stay, it did not disappoint. The renovations are modern and beds comfortable. The food is fabulous and the pub has everything you could want. Tony was a wonderful host and helped the children and I get settled withbour bags and choose our meals. Thank you for the hospitality! The views are second to none...the narrow road from Killin is worth the drive.

Location was perfect, staff were great and friendly and helpful.
I did get locked out at night but that was probably my fault tbh. Called to fix that issue and someone let me in. That's what I get for being a night owl in a sleepy Scottish town 😅

As the accommodation was at the top of the building we had to climb about 30 steps to get to it. I tried to explain that to the check in lady that my wife has troubles climbing stairs and she was very dismissive and blamed Booking.com as they allocate the rooms.

The studio was comfy with wonderful views of the loch.
The studio was comfy with wonderful views of the loch. Not modern, but all the creature comforts were accommodated which made it a great place to relax. A beautiful hotel with bar and restaurant is close by and the food is great quality.
