Breakfast was lovely and I so enjoyed the silver teapot in the table. Food was hearty and hot. Service was great. The Hamilton room was gorgeous. Loved the high ceilings and it had the best shower on our entire 9 day trip around Scotland and England. Ground floor room easy access to the car.

The location is unbeatable and the hotel has incredible facilities - although we didn't use these, we were especially surprised at the leisure space (3 pools including a water slide) and the in-house cinema! Ideal for a stay with kids, which was not our case. We had a spacious and confortable room, with a lake view. The staff was courteous and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, by far the best of our entire trip - from salads to cheese, from cereals to natural fruit juices, from the bread selection to the hot food options available, everything we tried was delicious. We also had dinner at the Cameron Grill and the evening food was wonderful, too.

What a wonderful hotel. The rooms were so spacious. All rooms come with a balcony offering the most spectacular views. The restaurant was out of the world. We booked our table in advance since it was fully sold out. The food and service was excellent. Breakfast spread and service was one of the best we got in Scotland this time. We requested for a window table and the views were breathtaking. We visited the town nearby Luss. What a wonderful town with some of the most beautiful houses. It’s just a short walk from the hotel. So location of the hotel was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. We left with absolutely no complaints and the only regret was that our stay was too short.
