The “Road to the Isles” ends at the harbour of Mallaig, with ferries to the Hebrides leaving from this remote and peaceful part of Scotland.

Good location with a good sized free car park. Room a good size with a modern bathroom. Staff friendly and a short walk into the centre of Mallaig. The Harry Potter train stops here too.

Charming old hotel with lovely accomodation situated right in the Loch. Very friendly helpful staff. The pub attached was good fun for a drink before we had a lovely dinner in the restaurant on site. Great breakfast as well. You can also enjoy the guest lounge areas.

The property was beautifully presented and our cabin was very cosy with lovely decor. The staff were a delight. Welcoming, friendly and the service was outstanding. Special thanks go to Clara who gave us amazing service and the chef who prepared the most delicious meals and was so accommodating to our food allergies and requirements. The whole stay was a highlight of our trip around the UK.

Such a beautiful cosy hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very smooth check in, comfortable beds and bathrooms had all the necessities.
Due to the hotel not offering dinner on the location, they offered us to book a dinner at their sister hotel - Duisdale hotel. We accepted as we knew that the hotel is in a remote area with not much around, and we’re so glad we did! The driver came to pick us up from our hotel to take us there. The food was amazing, service was very very good, and we felt bad that we were only dining there just once. Driver took us back to our hotel as soon as we finished eating.
We had breakfast at Toravaig the next day, and this didn’t disappoint either, we had the most delicious breakfast.
