- From US$215.58 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 3,303 reviewsFull breakfast menu, cooked to order, plus the continental buffet while waiting for our food to arrive to round a happy, full belly to start our day of walking around Bath. We had just one night to tour Bath and the staff were so friendly in helping us plan out the day and how to best walk around the whole area. The next morning they were able to safely store our luggage while we finished touring around before catching a train back to London. Would highly recommend the Royal Hotel!Guest review byDawnUnited States
- From US$347.78 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 802 reviewsThe pinnacle of hospitality, just like you would imagine the classy hotels in the old days. Staff is helpful and extremely professional. Even with changes of shifts and a high number of rooms, they take care to remember your name, what you're up to, and are always ready to help. Valet service is friendly, practical and decently priced. The room was large, very clean and tastefully designed. The bar has a nice selection of cocktails expertly made by the bartender.Guest review byDavidBelgium

Bath is a beautiful city with lots to do the baths are mist definitely the place to visit and if you're book and get there by 9.30 latest its much quieter. The river Avon and shops over the bridge worth a visit as are the museums. Needed more than two days to see everything highly recommend the square grill in the square by the abby.Guest review byAnonymousUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Visiting mid-week I found the choice of places to eat away from the hotel was not great, some pubs were shut or not serving food and the Hungry Horse has a policy of shutting at 10 pm every day other than weekends - loads of Charity Shops but not much else however the easy access to Bath and Bristol by train make Keynsham a good place to stay if wishing to explore the area.Guest review byRobertUnited Kingdom - 6.0

You could clearly see that renovation was being undertaken the front looked charming and the restaurant was very comfortable and food very good. On arrival it didn’t feel welcoming and when we highlighted a broken piece ce of furniture the attitude to it was lack lustre. I can clearly see the potential for this to be a hidden as the town is picturesque.Guest review byNatalie - 10.0

From arrival to departure, we were taken care of. Escorted cheerfully to our rooms by one of the staff. Had a meal in restaurant, which was great. The bar staff and waiters took good care of our needs and even arranged a takeaway breakfast for two of our party leaving early in the morning. The room was fine (room 7 upstairs) and quiet. Power shower, soft towels and kettle with tea/coffee. Location good for access to Bristol. Some of the group were fishing at Blagdon and Chew lakes. Good for walks too.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage.
Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage. Lots of parking space and access. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We needed to leave early on last day before breakfast time. They opened early for us, still offering full service. It was beautifully presented and very very clean.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
