    Good Hotel, But Disappointed by Reception Service The hotel itself was good and overall comfortable, but unfortunately, it did not fully meet my expectations. I especially want to mention my experience at the reception: the lady at the front desk was not friendly — when I asked for information, she responded in a rather arrogant and unhelpful way, which left a bad impression. On the other hand, the gentleman at reception was kind and helpful, and I appreciate his assistance. The hotel has potential, but better customer service at the front desk would really improve the experience.

    Exceptional service 👏 I loved the receptionist lady very helpful professional she organized taxi for me for aeroport CDG early this morning 5AM not all hotels care about their customers like this. The hotel is clean I found the room freshly cleaned. The location is good close to the aeroport. The hotel in general small and very quiet no noise at all I thought I was alone. Thank you for the good service I will definitely come back soon in December holiday.

    We loved the friendly environment where the hotel is situated. It was peaceful after busy Paris. The apartment was completely quiet, very clean and well appointed. The staff were beautiful and very helpful. We would stay again and will definitely recommend to friends and family. Close to Metro with connections to every station RER and bus.

    I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

    3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one, 2 days for exploring with Subway / Bolt. I would advice Using combination of subway + Hop On Hop Off for 3 days. There was nice looking restaurants at Area, but we did not have no time to test any! Metro 13/14 was first a little bit confusing, No signs for routes 14 outside.

    The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer). We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav. Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.

    Stayed 19–21 July 2025. Clean, compact room with comfortable bed and AC. Staff were friendly. Convenient metro access to Paris, but the lift was not working, so stairs were necessary. Good for a no-frills, affordable stay.

    It was relatively easy to get to the city from this hotel, so we were happy with it. The metro was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area wasn't the best, but we didn't stay there during the day. We went to the city centre in the morning and came back only in the evening, so it didn't bother us too much.

    Good public transport network to Central Paris.

    Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

    Only 15 minutes from CDG airport, 40 from Paris by RER. Southwest of the train tracks is a tree-lined high street, with shops including a butcher, fruit/vegetable store, and traiteur. There are also a Monoprix and Picard stores. Restaurants include French food (very good creperie) and ethnic food. We encountered a Thursday morning flea market. Some buildings date back to the late 1800s. A feeling of a town from the past.
