Arrived as a group of 4 on motorbikes, good secure off road parking for the motorbikes. Staff very friendly and helpful, good bar at the hotel, evening meal and breakfast was great. Nice location though it is ski resort prices for food and beer.

We enjoyed this very charming hotel with friendly staff. We loved the view from our window (mountains!) and the area downstairs where we could make our own tea and play board games.

Ideal location for cycling in Pyrenees. Accommodation was really clean and exactly as described. Welcome instructions where spot on and easy to understand. It had everything we needed. Shower was superb after a day's cycling. Bonus was having a washer, li en provided and somewhere safe for the bikes we hired. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is on the edge of Luz St Sauveur, in a group of blocks, next to a mountain stream - very nice to hear the sound of water. Everything necessary is provided - oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, cleaning products, kettle, tea towels etc. The balcony is a good size and has views of the stream and footbridge. Patricia was easy to communicate with by message.
