- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 187 reviewsThis hotel is not only situated in a magic place, with the sunrise as well as the sunset over the sea thanks to the beautifully curved coast line, turquoise waters scattered with rocks, lighthouses, seagulls, and even seals, but also a magic place itself with a wonderful, dedicated and super kind team, where everything is possible with a smile, a delicious restaurant and pastries, and a cosy room and beautiful decor. We had a fantastic stay at all levels. Thank you so much! The room was great, calm, very clean, with everything you could need, gigantic comfortable bed, little coffee corner, table and comfortable armchair, desk, wifi, windows that you can open, and a big fantastic shower. The food was amazing, amazing and triple amazing! Everything we tried at the restaurant as well as at the bar was incredibly delicious, and creative combinations. You can enjoy their delicacies on the terrace, right in front of the splashing sea, as well as inside behind panoramic windows.Guest review byKatjaFrance
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very good - What previous guests thought, 57 reviewsStaff hugely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Jean-Paul must have spent more than an hour of his own time helping by phone, translation etc to sort out my flat tyre disaster. Offered to give lifts to and from garage half an hour away too, if necessary. Children loved the atmosphere and water park and walking to beach on own. Quiet after 1030.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom

The public transport system is very good.
The public transport system is very good. Les Capucins and PAM are admirable examples of the transformation of industrial space into cultural and social centres. It's just a pity that there's so much 'tagging' to spoil the urban landscape.Guest review byMalcolm - 8.0
Really liked Quimper. It's a beautiful city.
Really liked Quimper. It's a beautiful city. There is a rich heritage, many old houses, half-timbered houses, pedestrian and shopping streets. The cathedral is monumental, original with its two towers of the 19th and its choir off-center. I went to multiple spots/beaches close to Quimper: 1. Phare d'Eckmühl 2. Plage la Torche-Tronoën 3. Pont-l'Abbé 4. Quimper itself.Guest review byMonish MesheriNetherlands - 10.0

Lots of local character, and out of high season not too busy. Some excellent fish restaurants and the Friday market was a step back into the past. Many interesting places to visit in the local area and plenty of good walking locally along the coast.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Roscoff is beautiful and always feels like home. We were lucky enough to catch the end of the onion festival which is always great to see. Fantastic cafes, bars and restaurants mean it’s really easy to eat out. Lovely independent shops and some beautiful walks. I love it.Guest review byAmber - 10.0

Morlaix is a very nice small village that was easy to get to, drive around and enjoy all the sights. It was not crazy busy which is really nice for getting out to restaurants, bars and the local sights. We really enjoyed walking the viaduct and strolling the old town to see all of the old buildings and poke about the shops!Guest review byCalliCanada - 8.0
Quiet little town with a port.
Quiet little town with a port. Easy to find nice places to eat. Not too touristic during winter. Nice spa thalasso around. Not for anyone who seeks out party places. There is also a reasonably priced Moroccan eatery Le Sable d’Or that serves authentic cous cous and home made baklava! There is also a great seafood restaurant, Le Restaurant La Regate, at Hotel Les Sable Blancs.Guest review bySabrinaSingapore - 8.0
Beautiful town, very friendly locals and other visitors...
Beautiful town, very friendly locals and other visitors alike! The only downside was a lack of a coffee shop/bakery opened during our stay (October!) However our main reason for visiting was to show kids where their dad grew up and we couldn’t wish for a better long weekend! Highly recommend it! Bonus points for Heated Pool in our property we stayed and fantastic running trails!Guest review byKarinaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Without a car, getting here was tricky as I only had a brief window. It was worth it - next time I will stay in this area - the surrounding area is gorgeous, the town is adorable and I really love the crepes, bread, biscuits — i now need a few weeks of salad alone. I walked along both sides of the canal where you can take a wooded trail. It was so pretty. On one walk, I missed a turn off and ended up on a road but I saw houses, and farms ended up at a pretty temple, so I was happy anyway! Walk up hills to see the beautiful houses…so interesting and lovely in town and out.Guest review byLisaUnited States - 6.0

At the time of my stay there were loads of roadworks going on, which means a lot of of deviations. I found parking in Brest difficult. That was the reason why I used the apartment as a base and travelled a lot.Guest review byBrigitteUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A very beautiful city, superb streets.
A very beautiful city, superb streets. Worth going to see the pottery museum and exhibition of Breton life. We were disappointed that the exhibition of fine arts was closed for renovation, but a good reason to return to the town when it reopens. The height of the tourist season, the restaurants were extremely busy, too many creperies and taco bars and not enough regular restaurants. More beggars than we are used to, but a few good street musicians as well. The tourist map of town was very useful, obtainable at the tourist information office, but we couldn't find a bigger map showing more of the town and its immediate environment, apart from the OS map. Difficult to find cycle routes around and out of town. The free events in the bishop's garden behind the cathedral were fun.Guest review bySusanFrance
