The room we had was very large, arranged well to give a lot of space, and was modern. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Always a fantastic stay at Mercure Arras - I always stay here when travelling to and from the UK. Very comfortable, quiet despite being close to the city centre, always find a space in the parking, Restaurant and all the staff are also great. Very clean and the beds are very comfortable!

The breakfast was very nice. I would have liked to have a nice cup of breakfast tea not fruit teas, that is my only beef.
