A lovely traditional hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The location is one of the best in Savonlinna and can't fault the service. We had a family celebration which was organised smoothly, and the food was really tasty and catered to our exacting requirements.

We really recommend this accommodation - very beautiful and cozy apartment with comfortable facilities including sauna in a quiet place by the lake, excellent breakfast and very pleasant and kind host.

Location was perfect, close to the city market place, yet quiet and clean surroundings in the charming city. The personnel was most dedicated and took great care of us. In the garage of the hotel, where I recharged my Audi Avant A6 Quattro, was spacious.
