Vira receptionist so helpful. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. If u are booking this place check out their sauna option for the rooms too I didn't see it when I was booking I might have gone ahead with it though. Under floor heating in the bed room and a TV with tonnes of channels this was a great place to stay

The location of this hotel is very good. Although it takes ten minutes to drive to Santa Claus Village, the environment is quiet and there are super beautiful scenery. My daughter really likes this wooden house and wants to stay here forever. Every afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock, she can also enjoy a free Finnish sauna. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also very delicious. Our family will stay here again next time we come

We had a wonderful 3 nights half board stay at the winter resort. The staff were very warm and exceptional. This is the perfect place for family with young children to early teens, with many activities to keep the kids occupied. The saunas were exceptional! Accomodation just opened this winter, so everything is in tip top condition. Room size is comfortable for a family of 4 and equipped with good amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would not hesitate to recommend this resort to folks heading to Rovaineimi.

Our stay at the accommodation was absolutely perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The staff was extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The outdoor jacuzzi was amazing, and the sauna was a great addition that made our stay even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will certainly come back!
