Firstly, we arrived late and could not have dinner but the hotel staff kindly left four trays of cold food, salads and fruit and we started our holiday with a midnight snack. This was a family holiday (aunty and 3 teenage nieces) and we paid for half board and were very impressed with literally everything:
The hotel - Tastefully decorated and clean. We discovered something new every day during our week long stay. Location was perfect as there was access to two beaches and promenades with many restaurants, shops and entertainment and a shopping mall should one wish to leave the hotel. We loved that the hotel was very private, quiet, and secure. Perhaps it was just because it was the beginning of the holidays. The hotel provided the best environment for relaxation. Free water and cookies were also available at reception and a really fantastic idea after a walk. The teenagers loved the cookies!
The food - Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. A variety of different cuisine made it easy to appeal to everyone's particular taste. For dinner, there were over 4 restaurants to choose from and the food definitely was Michelin star standard. The choices were endless and they catered for everyone. Entertainment was good, with live performances every night. Apart from the restaurants, there is a snack bar and several lounges.
The pool - There was sufficient sun beds all day long with excellent service provided by staff. We particularly liked the free fruits provided by the poolside staff which was a brilliant touch and a great way to cool down.
Games, gym and the spa - We spent an afternoon in the spa and sauna. The staff were simply amazing and the experience was fantastic. We played pool and table tennis and it was popular with the young crowd and a great way to mix with other guests in the evenings. The gym offered all round equipment which we used once :). We loved the view of the beach.

SlovakiaAmazing hotel with excellent staff, nice location. Our first time at Tenerife and we loved our experience at Hideaway Corales Beach. I prefered rooftop pool, my wife liked the one near restaurant. Had tasting menu at Starfish and really had great time. Breakfast and dinners at Nao restaurant were very tasty, staff was super friendly and always ready to help.
Overall the hotel is what it’s trying to be - amazing place to enjoy all the perks of what it’s offering for adults. We will definitely come back in the future.

This accomodation is one of the best hotels experiences in our life, and we do travel a lot all across Europe! From 1 to 10 we give them 12. We really can't and won't hide our delight and feelings they helped us experience during our staying in this hotel. Every single detail (and there are so many of them) expressed their seriousness in hotel business, professionalism and dedication to their guest/s. Everything is so intelligently composed with a lot of style and taste. From decoration of room, bathroom, lobbies, entries, balcony, restaurant atmosphere, service and variaty and of tasty food options, to small details on pools and parking equipment and organization. The way they host and serve their guests, offer help and advices about neighbouring areas and a lot of it,..it is simply impossible not to be astonished by efforts they made and commitment they express to their guests. Beds are super comfy. Resort is extremly big and beautiful, parking very specious and half a day with a lot of shade....We made booking of this accomodation having a very few informations about it and not knowing what to expect, but now, we both want to say huge thank you to all of the staff of this beautiful touristic jewel of Costa Adeje. Thanks to whole of the team behind the success of this hotel. Folks you are a winning team and please - keep doing the way you do!

My fiancé and I stayed here in late December for the first time. It was a brilliant place to stay - the rooms were to a high standard and very modern, and the overall grounds and facilities were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again
The buffet breakfast each morning was also excellent and a huge selection was on offer. Not sure how anyone could be disappointed with it.
The location is brilliant. We heard no noise any night we stayed here, and yet we were only a few minutes away from bars and restaurants
Also for anyone thinking of traveling - The number 40 bus from Tenerife South Airport goes every 30 minutes and drops you at “Columbus” station which is five minutes walk away. The fare is €3, you can pay by contactless, and this is a huge cost saving compared to taxi (€40+)

We stayed 2071 gold apartment.
I was a bit concerned after reading it reviews, but we had a really nice stay.
Didn't see any cockroach as previously mentioned in reviews.
Our apartment was very clean and cleaning lady came almost every day. She did a great job.
Breakfast was amazing. We always get a table to sit even the hotel was fully booked.
It's a little bit hilly but it wasn't problem for us.
Location perfect for everything beach, shops, restaurants.
Great views from roof terrace one side mountains and other sea.
We definitely would return to this hotel! Thank you so much for great stay!

This place could have been a wonderful vacation spot, BUT!
Let's start with the positives:
Bright, well-renovated apartments with comfortable beds and pillows. There are rooms designed for two families, featuring separate bedrooms and shared living spaces.
The pool area has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also staff ensuring pool safety, and a bar is available in the relaxation area.
The reception staff is friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views on mountains! The staff was very kind and helpful. We lived in a villa 106, it was really nice with a lot of space. Villas were cleaned every day! The food was very nice, not a very large selection of food, but it was prepared deliciously. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, lots of palm trees, a variety of plants, it feels like you are in a botanical garden. Highly recommend!

I love Adeje, there is something for everyone whether you want a busy area or somewhere quiet. Whether you want to walk streets of tourist shops, or shop in a more affluent areas.
There is plenty to do and see.
The coastline is great.
Lots of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from.

Los Cristianos is good for the old and the young and there...
Los Cristianos is good for the old and the young and there is a bit of everything for everyone, water parks and zoos for the young and Mount Tiede for the old.
At night there are quaint bars and more active bars for the young, food in most is good and fairly priced and not expensive, the town centre has shopping malls and you can get everything you need.

Little town inhabited mostly by locals with less tourists. Some nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Great wooden walkway along the coast, with beautiful views and some nice natural pools for swimming.

We have been travelling to the area for many years and know...
We have been travelling to the area for many years and know the best places to eat and drink. The area is very hilly with some hills becoming harder to climb as we get older. However there are many bars and cafes to take a rest. It is good for families with children and grand children but not so much night life for younger couples. Some restaurants have change hands over the years and the quality can change as well. Two restaurants that we always visit at least twice per trip are The Chicken Shack and Fettuccines. which are virtually next door to each other. Both of these are run by the same owners since our first time to the area which is over 25 years ago. The quality is excellent and never disappoints. Look out for them as they are slightly away from the main street.

Love the area.
Love the area. Not too touristy with locals using the beach- bars - restaurants etc. nice vibe at night time. Safe and friendly. Excellent walks from centre. Bus service close. Nature reserve areas and easy hill walking. Long beach walks. We loved the walk to Los Abrigos, (easy ish 4.5 miles) having a meal and wine and then a taxi back (14 euros) 5 mins drive to TF1 motorway and routes to anywhere on the island. Good local supermarkets and local market on Saturday and Wednesday. Brilliant fish mongers at Los Abrigos 5 minutes by car. Manfreds soul bar our favourite place but lots of choices for food and drinks with coastal views.

We love living and hiking in the quiet hinterland few miles North, up the hills and away from the water front in LC and LA,
yet we also love swiming the ocean at the truly great playas (Camison, Duque, Las Vistas etc.) and walking the Golden Mile when it's not over-crowded.
Golf fans have a decent green ready to play, one of the greenest area of Arona/Adeje.
Hike to Vilaflor and Canadas, take a ferry to Gomera, go to a folk fest in the village... 10s of options open
Excellent frutas y verduras, fresh fish (e.g. tra the local tuna bonito doradas etc.), quesos fresco (e.g., try those young unsalted semi-curados, requeson, greek yougurts etc.)

It's relatively close to the airport but a taxi will still cost €25. Traffic is incredible (constant jam), and the bus system, with the number of stops they make, ensures that any travel takes a long time - when the bus actually arrives. There are very few facilities (shops, bars, restaurants) nearby. Los Christianos is much more central for activities. I wouldn't stay in CdS again

There is an abundance of excellent restaurants and bars. Try them all, it is worth the effort. The village is probably more suited to mature visitors - not a great deal to offer for children. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and extremely friendly to share with your partner it is the place to be.

Candelaria is a gem of a destination on Tenerife that we absolutely adore. This charming town offers several small, lovely beaches and a long, beautiful promenade perfect for leisurely walks. It exudes a peaceful and cozy atmosphere, with friendly locals and tourists alike. The town has everything you need, including shops, shopping centers, and a variety of restaurants. Finding parking is easy, at least in February, which adds to the convenience. It's also easily accessible by rental car, just a 20-minute drive from the northern airport. Candelaria is an excellent base for exploring the island, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and amenities.
