Big bedroom, fridge . There was a communal lounge with tea and coffee making facilities. There was also an out door courtyard. The,staff couldnt be more helpful when charging our bicycles. I booked this place late in the evening the moment I arrived at Albarracin. There were a couple of options, but my preference was to have a safe parking space for my motorcycle. This was a private parking area in front of the hotel. The location is at walking distance from the historic centre. Worth mentioning: the lady at the reception was very kind and helpfull explaining the things to visit while only having a very tight schedule (I stayed for one night). Anna provided me also a map of the city, and many more interesting things to know.

This is a beautiful apartment!!! It is fully equipped, super clean, comfortable beds, very nice linens, great shower, easy and ample parking, 10 minute walk to the historic district, 2 supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The surprise is that there is a patio in the back; we knew there was one in front. We would give it a 10+++ rating.

El Batan was the perfect stay on the way between Albarracin and Toledo. The room is very confortable and quiet. The breakfast is really good money for value. Jamon iberico, olives, croissants, cheese, fresh tomato sauce... it was a great start of the day to continue our journey through Spain.

A lovely welcoming place to stay in the old town. A comfortable bed, good breakfast and very good restaurant a couple of minutes walk away. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the upstairs lounge with a wonderful view after our walking exertions around the town!

Good place to stay if you want to go bouldering and hiking in the area! Keep in mind that there are no supermarkets and there is only one bakery which opens for 1-2 hours in the morning and only sells bread.

The city was physically beautiful and fun for walking around. We stayed for 2 nights. However, the people working in the city were generally NOT welcoming to tourists. We talked with some local people and they said that a lot of locals do not care to be welcoming to tourists. We have been traveling all over Spain for a month (are fluent in Spanish) and this was the first place that we did not feel welcome. We recommend going to Albarracín to see the city, but don't expect a super welcoming vibe in the restaurants and shops. If you do get it, it is a bonus! The staff at our hotel, however, were amazing.

Beautiful old town to wander around.

Beautiful old town to wander around. Fantastic walks in the area - we had a wonderful walk up through the woods to see the cave paintings. Only downside was that many restaurants don’t open until the weekend.
