I was travelling Valencia to Zaragoza and Hotel Restaurant el Horno was well placed en route. In the heart of the historic village and I enjoyed the lively bar/restaurant. I only had a room on my mind but the bar and restaurant were terrific and recommended, and the food of an excellent standard.

Featuring attractive rooms with balconies, La Fonda De La Estación is set in a charming 19th-century farmhouse, 1 km from the village of La Puebla De Valverde.

This hotel was right on our cycling route, and they were able to store our bikes in a safe location. Our room was large and very clean. Great shower and being on the second floor not much noise from the bar below. A coffee, fruit juice, and bread with ham and cheese for breakfast.

Everything was very comfortable. A very nice place to stay. Well equipped, clean and tidy.

This guest house was lovely and homely. Very rustic which I love. The bedroom was beautiful and looking out over trees and the river. Very peaceful and quiet location we used as a base. It is around 30 minutes drive to Terueal which is a great town with shops, supermarkets and Mcdonalds. Theresa the host was friendly and helpful and such a warm person. She told us about a festival in Terueal and we had the best time there. We had not made an effort to mearn Spanish which was not helpful for us. Having knowledge of the language would be very helpful in this part of Spain. Breakfast was fresh juice, coffee, cake and toast with jams. Always served with a smile and a good start to the day. We used this accommodation as a base to travel around and it was perfect for this but not much to do when we returned. It is around 45 minutes drive to the Javalambre ski area. We had a lovely stay and the place is very good value for money.

Great service from our host. Good info given on attractions and where to eat. Close to centre but in a quiet location. Stored bicycles for us. Good breakfast.
