The location is fantastic for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Overlooking the lake is lovely with the waterfall in the distance making is quite dramatic. Food was very good, it was a self service but no queueing. Easy check-in, easy check-out. Staff all seemed pleasant and helpful. Plenty of free parking.

Room was spacious with an excellent bathroom. View from balcony was stunning. There was lots of parking in front of the hotel and the Roto restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the location of the hotel, right in centre of the village. The young lady at reception thought we were arriving later than we did & when we called her as the hotel was shut up , she arrived within a few minutes & was so apologetic even though was just a misunderstanding. She was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & bright & shower was nice & hot. Added bonus in room of mini fridge & kettle. Continental breakfast was good with good choice for a small hotel.

It was like staying in a fairytale. A small hotel, in a small village, located on a beautiful lake. The owners were delightful in every way, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. Their recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants were excellent, as was the home cooking within the hotel. A wonderful and unique stay that was pure joy.

We came here in the summer. It’s a lovely hotel. Would love to come back during ski season. The pool was nice but small and had a good jacuzzi. The views were beautiful. There was also an excellent buffet dinner and breakfast.

The weather in summer is nice, the view of mountains...

The weather in summer is nice, the view of mountains stunning. after we went for hiking on top of the mountain using the cable car which was an incredible hiking trips (we saw lakes on top of mountains and wild cows and horses), after we went down. we have taken a bath in the cold river next to the cable car station, it was very refreshing after a long hiking activity.

This is amazing place for hiking, skiing, trekking, alpine climbing and just enjoying local culture and food, there are plenty of outdoor activities to explore. Marvelous views of Lanuza lake. Paradise for mountain lovers.

Magnificent place!

Magnificent place! Lots of little bars and restaurants in the village with a few other places nearby…fantastic walking , incredible location and views…..a fantastic place to spend 2 or 3 nights if you are en route to the sunny spots of Spain!…. Large outdoor pool in the village as well. The journey there from Pau on the French side of the Pyrenees is breath taking…a must do…. Not for a faint hearted driver though!….several very narrow parts with rock over hanging the road one side and huge drops on the other!…soon pans out into wide easy driving though with lots of parking places and views that will not be forgotten!
