i love everything about this hotel, they did not dis appointment me, the room was superb, the food , tge atmosphère and ambiance was estupendo, tye workers were very nice and helpful. i went there on the 3 october 2022, and i will be definately go back. where the hotel is located is perfect because its on the hipstrip ( alot of vibes ) , very close to the beach aswel. the terraza where my room was is very grande and also my room was muy grande. continuosly to be the great team that you are Hotel Gold Arcos , really you guys are the number 1. also what was so very nice about them, my birthday was th 4 october and i left the room in the morning to have breakfast and when i came up to my room they left me a Champagne as a surprise gift,,,,, that was rather amazing of them that they cares alot for their clientes.... thanks again for making my birthday and vacation estupendo 🙏🏾🤎 thanks for having us. one love from JAMAICA 🇯🇲

Very nice hotel with attentive staff and even better breakfast service. We stayed two nights while visiting friends and were not disappointed. Of course it is not in a super central location but easy to get to, close to a shopping mall and quick to get anywhere if you have a car. Speaking of car, free parkings in front of the hotel tend to be full, but the shopping parking lot is just behind the corner. We did not use the pool.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! The breakfast was absolutely amazing, featuring jamón ibérico, quality cheeses, fresh fruits, natural orange juice, and great coffee. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful—they really went above and beyond. The hotel was very clean, in a quiet location, and just a short walk from the old town and the beach. At reception, they gave us tips about local attractions and even provided umbrellas, towels, and chairs for the beach. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more enjoyable.

    The bungalows, the daily cleaning, the breakfast buffet was super good. We loved the waterslides, the second smaller pool with the playground in it, the minigold, the football-billiards, the virtual chairs..... The staff was super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards took their job seriously and kept the pools and slides safe, but were very nice about telling people when they did something wrong. It exceeded our expectations, we only booked because the waterslides looked fun! I have been living in Spain for 20 years, and I have had all kinds of customer or non costumer service experiences, and I can say that was one of the best.

    My favourite hotel. We come once a year to be spoiled by its beautiful situation and lovely staff. To sit on the balcony whilst the palm trees are swaying in the wind, gazing over the beautiful garden with the waves rumbling and tumbling on the nearby golden sand is as near perfection as you can get.

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea that made every morning special. The host, Vera, was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    Warm friendly city. Parking can be difficult, but there are many underground car parks very reasonably priced. The city is very clean and well kept. Plenty of places to enjoy a snack or a four course meal. There are no shortage of taxis to take you around, and they are very reasonably priced.

    Great location for families.

    Great location for families. Los locos beach has a playground, beach bar and is easily accessed. Los locos is a short walk along the promenade to La cura beach, where there are more restaurants, shops, and a family friendly beach with paddle boats. There is also another playground on that walk. There is a water park, Friday market and funfair in the area also.

    Beautiful fishing town with great bars and restaurants. Second visit here and can't wait to come back. 2hr drive for us from Orihuela Costa but well more the trip. Find hostel Loretto and you'll be on one of the most beautiful streets in the town. Has history, great walks, great food and a must is a visit to the Magazines which is a small street with pop up eateries and bars. Very spanish and idyllic.

    Picturesque old town with new town for shopping and restaurants close by. Perfect for a more relaxed break. Tramline connecting to Calpe and Benidorm for €2.50 return if you want to see something different. Be prepared to channel your inner mountain goat as quaint traditional streets are certainly a steep climb.

Nature on your doorstep. A car would be a bonus for visiting nearby resorts like Moraira and Calpe.

    An authentic Spanish town located north of the city if you follow the tram line with lots of spanish cafes/bars; markets on Sundays and Wednesdays, lots of municipl park playgrounds for children and a wonderful beachfront with a huge selection of restaurants to choose from. The beach has strong waves which are fun for all, but make sure children are supervised -it is important to watch for lifeguard flags as they change the flags depending on currents and tides. The tram station is key for El campello as it links up to alicante and Benidorm also- it is good to get a blue top up travel card in Luceros station in alicante for the tram and you can buy 10 trips at a time or more.

    Santa Pola center and harbour has lots going on however staying in the outskirts of the city let's you enjoy relaxation alongside visits to busier areas. Beautiful long beaches not too busy with lots of watersports.

    A friendly town that has hourly bus connections to Alicante...

    A friendly town that has hourly bus connections to Alicante and up the coast. There is also a tram service available that makes it easy to access other towns and cities. We arrived from Alicante airport via taxi and left in two parties - one via bus and the other via tram. Both were excellent services. NB the buses take cash (correct where possible) and there are ticket points available on the tram and at the station. We made use of the supermarkets and general stores in the town, which stocked everything we could have wished for. There are a number of restaurants on the promenade and in the town. It was very hot at the time of our visit, we have school aged children therefore are limited to August, but we chose an air conditioned apartment to ensure we could enjoy time out of the sun in comfort.
