We loved staying at the Pharaonic Rose. The rooms are big and clean, the view from the rooftop is great, the breakfast is nice. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. You can hire a driver for the day to do your visits so you feel more safe. Mohamed was our driver and he was great! He brought us to Denderah which is an amazing temple!

It’s like visiting a family, warm welcome, relaxed vibe and extremely helpful owners. We received all the possible help and felt cared about. It also felt like being an explorer staying in a very authentic Egyptian house. The room was very specious and the home made breakfast was lovely. The owner is a heartwarming person who has a wide network and is able to organize everything in Luxor (taxi, hot air ballon, and I’m sure the list doesn’t end here). It’s also very important to highlight that the location is very quiet, we managed to get a rest from noisy Egyptian streets and slept like newborns. Strongly recommend!

This is a great hotel in a quiet area on the West Coast. Our room was perfectly clean and spacious, and the balcony had an amazing view of the Valley of the Kings. The Colossi of Mnemon and the Temple of Medinet Habu are no more than 10 minutes away by foot. You can sleep well here, and at dawn you can enjoy the singing of birds and the view of hot air balloons rising above the valley. The owner of the hotel, Mohammed, is very attentive, tactful and a pleasant person. If you need help, just ask him and everything will be solved. I would also like to note the excellent tasty breakfast. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

Excellent choise for people who like to stay away from the noise of the city in the evening. Great view overlooking Habu temple, a genuine highlight on the west bank neglected by the big travel companies. Great night sky. Even dinner served in house on demand. The location is perfect, really close to all the touristic sites on the West Bank, you can go by foot or bike if you want. They provide food at really good prices , and the owner is super nice ! I highly recommend it !
