Coming from a stressful Cairo we found a very calm and relaxing oasis with friendly people and good food. The owner Gaba gave us a very warm welcome from the beginning. He was also helping us with transfers and sightseeing and made the experience even more relaxing for us. The main sights are very close. Overall staying at Pharaonic Rose was more like visiting friends and we got in touch with Egyptian live and culture. That food that he cooked for us was also amazing and it shouldn’t be missed in the experience. We highly recommend this place for visiting Luxor on the more authentic and less crowded West Bank side. We stayed in with kids a had amazing time. The host are perfectly nice and helpful. The house is like from a fairytale, simple but beautiful. Very calm area. Fair prices for trips and great food on demand cooked the traditional way. 100% recommendation! Kids loved it too.

This is a perfect hotel - World class! All staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful with a fantastic pool and multiple restaurants all serving fabulous food. They even packed us takeaway breakfast because we were checking out before 6am. Definitely book this hotel if you can - we can’t wait to return!

Apartment was very nice and clean rooms and location was perfect near Medinet Habu Temple which was one of the nicest from Egypt and fine restaurant within few meters walk. Perfect breakfast and beer in fridge 😄

Excellent choise for people who like to stay away from the noise of the city in the evening. Great view overlooking Habu temple, a genuine highlight on the west bank neglected by the big travel companies. Great night sky. Even dinner served in house on demand. Very kind reception by the hosts. Hotel frequented by archeologists.

Pharaoh's Hotel was absolutely lovely. The owner Refaet was such an amazing host. He was very attentive and can organise anything you like. The location is right across from the Valley of the Queen's and Worker's. The food was excellent and absolutely generous portions. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and had a great time. In winter it is cold at night so just ask for extra blankets. The water in my room was hot and I had plenty of shower time before it started cooling down. The view from the rooftop is breath taking too! Don't let the out of the way location deter you, this is a great hotel!
