I liked the vibe of the place, it's very Cozy, warm and a high positive energy. Mr Ebrahim was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I found everything I needed. It was one of my best times and experiences. You feel like you're at home. Very simple, quite and relaxing 😌 I would definitely recommend the place for anyone who want to have a memorable experience in Siwa with a reasonable budget. Just perfect. I loved, enjoyed and lived my stay to the max.

I booked 3 nights and ended up staying 2 more months there! When I arrived at the bus station, I got picked up and was brought to the hotel. There's a pool, kitchen and a garden with date palm trees and olive trees. All rooms have a bathroom inside. The hotel is close to a lot of sights and only 1,5km from the city center "Shali" where you find markets and restaurants. You can take a taxi or just walk there. Bakkar and Mohamed from the hotel offer tours to all the sights. Individual tours are also possible. They are really helpful and friendly! I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is an oasis inside the Siwa Oasis!

Everything about this hotel was spot on. We had booked another apartment in Marsa Matruh but it was very substandard. We went to this hotel to have a look and possibly some breakfast. The staff were amazing. Breakfast had finished but they were very accomodating and provided us with an amazing breakfast. After eating the hotel manager showed us around the hotel and we were shown a room which we fell in love with. The room was spotless and the balcony looked straight out to sea and the hotels private beach. We actually spent 4 nights here and upgraded to half board. The food was stunning and the restaurant manager was super friendly, attentive and actually quite funny.

Gewan was way better than expected! The hosting was exceptional — Ms. Sara contacted me right after the booking to arrange my arrival and guide me through everything. On arrival, she informed me that my room was upgraded to a larger suite with a beautiful beach view, and throughout my stay she checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. I felt genuinely cared for. The staff were all super kind and helpful, especially Mr. Ayman and Tarek, who went above and beyond. I also tried both the breakfast and dinner buffet — absolutely delicious, tons of variety, and everything tasted super fresh. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I’d love to come back soon — next time for a longer stay. Highly recommended!
