Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

The stay at Jaz Amara exceeded our expectations! Everything was perfect. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, always with the smile and make you feel like home. The food in all restaurants was delicious, offering a big variety of dishes for every taste. Room was spacious and super clean, everyday with a sweet decoration.. Facilities were great - pool area, also for kids and the beach everything we needed. It was the perfect place for relaxed vacation.

For meit was the second stay in this absolutely amazing hotel, Guido joined me this time. The colours, the serenity, the library and the beautifull botanic garden grabs you. Mindblowing. The table serverd authentic Egyptian food was so delicious. Don't worry if you travel on your own. You will be invited by the GM Moustafa Elkerdani to join dinner at the so callled communitytable and meet up with staf and other guests. Simply to let us have an splendid holiday. For sure a place to vistit again.....our next stay is already booked! As we are divers it was great that Emperor Divers new divecenter is located in this hotel. They offer a diversity of diving possibilities. Either housereef, nearby shorediving locations or with one of their boats. The staff have been exceptionally supportive, welcoming, and available throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out. Outstanding customer service, outstanding attention to everyone. Ms Eva, from Customer service, would check in from time to time to be sure that everything was perfect. We got a room upgrade with a sea view, double bathroom, and double room! You have plenty of food choices throughout the day, and you'll never go hungry! Mr Ahmed, chef, and Mr Osama, the restaurant manager, are always ready to respond to any request. There is a heated swimming pool. The Aquapark is fabulous. The gardens and the whole structure are well maintained. The Kids' Club is nice and Ms Asel makes sure the kids are entertained and are enjoying the activities. She is really sweet. The hotel also offers excellent activities for adults throughout the day, spanning from yoga to zumba, beach volley, etc etc etc Guests who want to enjoy relaxing music and have some quiet time can relax at the Gravity Peninsula, farther from the main beach. All in all, we strongly recommend Gravity Hurghada and we hope we'll soon go back.
