Authentic, beautiful old hacienda, set in delightful sloping grounds, with views to mountains either side. We had probably the best room, no 7. Lovely public rooms. Very helpful staff. Nice vibe. Excellent location.
We had 4 nights and could have managed a fifth. The rim walk around the crater lake Cuicocha was one of the best day hikes in our life 10/10 wow. 5 hours solid walking. Horse riding and Condor centre also good - 8/10. Otavalo market OK 7/10 and worth going to on a Saturday but. Food was so good we didn’t bother to eat in Octavalo.

The location is super fun with water sports and mini golf. We loved canoeing together as a family and jumping off the platform into the lake. There was a nice hang-out for those who didn't want to get in the water and they still felt part of the fun ordering drinks and food. We loved that they let us stay after check out to enjoy the property longer. Such a beautiful location and fun cabin feel while having all the comforts of home.

Great location within 5 minute walk of Poncho Square/ market. Comfortable and clean rooms around central with lots of plants / natural light courtyard. Room had lots of cupboards plus desk. Breakfast served in an upstairs front room overlooking street with fresh fruit/hot egg dish/ bread/ croissant. Good security at front door with it locked when no-one is at reception. Helpful staff.

Very nice view of Lake San Pablo and ideal starting point to hike Warmi Imbabura. The host and his family are extraordinarily nice and helpful. The daughter prepares a delicious breakfast, and the son brought us hot water bottles in the evening. Patricio even drove us to the nearest bus station to Quito. Muy recomendable!
