IrelandOur apartment was wonderful. Plenty of room and everything you could need in the kitchen. Even earplugs in the bedroom which we did not need. We did not think breakfast was included, however it was and was fabulous. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The private parking at the back was another bonus.

We found our lodgings, the Hotel Marie easily and what a truly delightful place it was. From our initial warm welcome, to our spacious room, to the generally high quality air of the whole place, it was a little gem.
At breakfast, the variety of dishes on offer was well in keeping with the high-standards, the waitress even found a pot for my (English) husband's tea.
The garden was well kept and inviting for a bit of relaxation.

Staff and location were amazing. Due to the prime location, the young crowd in week 29 were enjoying themselves into the wee hours, and were happily camped outside our window. Once I closed the window, the noise was greatly diminished. Having spent time at music festivals, we had some hacks to help. 😃. We loved our stay.

We only stayed here for one night but would have totally liked to stay longer. The place is very nice, clean and well maintained. Also the communication before and during our stay was very friendly and went smoothly. Thank you very much for a short but lovely stay!

The motel far surpassed our expectations. We paid 900kr / night & expected very little except basic accommodation. We got a very pleasant surprise as soon as we arrived. This is a fantastic motel.

Beautiful town, easy to walk around, lots of shops and food choices.
I would recommend Luna Ristorante Skagen for dinner the food was excellent. Enjoyed stops at Grenen or Den Tilsandede Kirke. Stayed at the Skagen Harbor Hotel and was very pleased with accommodations and breakfast that was included.

A lovely place to base yourself while you explore the tip of Denmark.
2 good supermarkets in town.
No great restaurant choices except the boutique opposite Rema 1000, which was lovely.
Better off driving to Gl. Skagen to eat out.
The beach was magnificent and we had it to ourselves most days, whatever time we went.

Pricey option and beach not that great. View from room and dinner was excellent. Was in my opinion not a real beach hotel since the distance to the beach was too far too walk and the beach was not that great compared to other beaches in the area

The Skagen museum, including Anchers house. The food and the hotel was excellent. We did not go to the other sights this time as we have been before. However, we never get tired of the paintings in the museum. Also a very good place to eat.

I love Skagen. I loved the colour and holiday feel about it. It was compact enough but not too small to feel crowded. The museums were great as weas the selection of cafes and restaurants (even though I tried only a few).
